Me at the coworker thats leaving that position: didn't he have you watch him once then proceed to shriek at you for the next 2-5 weeks when you messed up?

Coworker: yeah he never-never said Any Of That!?

We then over hear him tell the new guy that its fun to pick on the girls that work here?

So my newest coworker has the uncanny resemblance to chicken little

Like visually looks like they're in a constant state of mild panic (they're okay its just their face)

But ill look up and accidentally make eye contact and they look like they're about to yell that the sky is falling

Its crazy how ive never been taught anything like this when i live in an area with lots of icefishing

Theres a bittersweetness to being taught something and geting good at it to the point you've surpassed them and its refered to as "your" thing when all you can think of the person who taught you, especually when theyre not in your life regularly anymore.

Hyperfixating on specific fandoms sucks once the hyperfixation moves on without me.

Because in the thick of it i can juggle 5+ fandoms that are each taking over my brain, some have been there longer than others, but its fine. Great even. But fuck my life when my brain leaves one on the side of the road without asking first.

Still love the content but now ive got to jump though hoops and 3 other fandoms' content before my brain allows me to go back it real quick.
