14 oz. Boneless Ribeye - Hereford-Angus beef sourced locally outside of Toronto done medium rare over Canadian white oak finished with bone marrow butter on top. Chargrilled yellow snap beans and a lone green pepper accompany the steak and sides of fresh grated horseradish and a house hot sauce made from grilled peppers rounds out the dish. This particular cut has been dry aged a minimum 32 days and the process pays off in spades. With just the marrow butter, this is easily one of the most flavorful and tenderest (it doesn't sound like a real word, but it is) ribeyes I've eaten. The snap beans are sweet & smoky and provide that relief to your pallette from all the meaty goodness. The grilled green pepper and house hot sauce adds adjustable quantities of heat to the dish; that green pepper was pretty fucking spicy for my pallette!
