I'm gonna go on vacation later with my parents for about 2 weeks, at an all in hotel. They'll really be pigs when it comes to food and I know they'll try to pressure me into eating lots. I know I'll also be tempted. Do y'all have any advice?

Intermittent fasting doesn't always work out so good, so I decided to switch back to just counting my cals and working out when possible.
Today's goal: max 1000 cals, preferably somewhere around 500. I plan to go shopping w my mom and burn calories off.
I already decided to skip breakfast, so that's one good thing. Might have some cola zero if I feel like anything.

Hi! Im Arcane and I want to post more of what I eat in a day, to normalise having various (proper) meals but still staying under a certain calorie limit and still getting your vitamins and what not in.

Dinner

Work outs: 10k steps, 900 cals
