#Flipkart #BigBillionDay
Hi
Let’s get straight to it, Flipkart fucked up. And I wanted stuff too. I couldn’t get any of it.
A 2 TB Hard drive
A new pair of shoes
A backpack
And I was disappointed. As fuck, I might add.
But since the day of the “Big Billion Day” Sale I have seen nothing on my newsfeed except...

Markdown - Simple text-formating for non-coders
I have been on the move for the last few weeks hence installed the Tumblr app for Android. The app doesn’t have many options for formatting text built into its interface. I was about to ditch the app in favour of a word-processing app when I came across Markdown.
Markdown is an open-source tool written in Perl which converts plain text formatting into structurally valid XHTML (read HTML). In simple words, it allows web-writers to format text without using an external word-processing app or without getting their hands dirty with cryptic HTML code. Markdown is easy to grasp in fact I’m this using it for this post.
Checkout Markdown at the project link above or get started with the basics or you can dig deep into the syntax.
Have fun writing. Cheers!

Windows 7 is coming disguised as Windows 10.
Tumblr media
Windows 10sion: what’s old is new again, and that’s a problem There was never really any doubt that the next version of Windows was going to look at least a little like Windows 7. Even Windows 8.1 was a step back in that direction for Microsoft, bringing back the Start Menu that so many millions of customers missed. But for all the time Terry Myerson and Joe Belfiore spent on stage today explaining the enormity of change in Windows 10 — they skipped a version number to prove the point — there’s no obscuring the blindingly obvious truth.
Windows 10 is Windows 7.

Nayagan - a mini review
It's 5 am and I have been awake whole night watching the critically acclaimed Nayagan, regarded by many film lovers as Mani Ratnam's masterpiece. The movie loosely inspired from The Godfather is indeed epic and has many iconic visuals but IMO it is a tad overrated. Kamal Hassan's performance deserves the praise it has got. But in the end, I felt something was amiss.
