A guide to our labels... Each label is hand written with...: Vintage: the year the apples were picked. Blend: defines the blend of apple varieties in the cider (we pick apples only when perfectly ripe & blend different varieties with different ripening times throughout the harvest to achieve the balance that we want. More blend details will be on our website soon) The Méthode traditionelle or Pétillant naturel (pet nat) Tickbox: if the méthode traditionelle box is ticked expect a dry, champagne-like cider. If the pet nat box is ticked expect less fizz & more fruit. Style: at the driest end of the scale is Brut Nature, meaning we haven’t added any sugar but there may be a very little residual sugar which is natural. Doux is the sweet end of the scale; you’ll only find our pet nats towards this end because certain blends can still contain enough residual apple sugar by the time you drink them to keep them sweet & fruity.
