I kinda screwed up
okay so... I have kinda stopped caring these past two weeks. I had lost 10 pounds in two weeks and I was feeling great!! But then I went to my parents house over my birthday weekend and had gained all the weight that I had lost back and then some!! I understand that the weight I lost wasn't all fat and it was probably a lot of water weight and all that, but I got super discouraged. I stopped working out and I went back to eating whatever, whenever. But I am back (hopefully for good). I have restarted Kayla Itsines BBg program on her sweat app (which I think is really a great place to start, especially if you don't have a gym near you) and I plan on starting to meal prep since I started a new job where its kinda hard to eat when I need to and when I do get to its usually a carb heavy baked potato (I've started waitressing at a country club).

So this picture was really hard for me to take and except that my body is what it is right now but this is what I’m starting with, I’m 5’3.5” and 163.2 lbs of mostly fat. I have just started the sweat training app but I’m having to skip the meal plans for now until i get paid again to go shopping so I’m just focusing on portion control with what i have around the house lol. (Sorry about the background please excuse the mess my dogs wreck everything)

My favorite lunch of al time, spring and spinach mix with strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese, roasted (unsweetened) coconut flakes and raspberry vinaigrette with a nice baked mini sweet potato sooooooo good

Hey Guys! So as I mentioned in my description This is going to be a tool I use to track my progress and keep me motivated during my fitness journey. Ive tried so many different things, But I have struggled with my weight my entire life and im over it. So im taking a stand against unhealthy living and making a switch to a healthier life. Its gonna start off gradually but its going to get there. if you would like feel free to follow me and my journey I would appreciate it.
