In this AU, Megatron is the emperor of Kaon, and Starscream is the shogūn of Vos, locked in battle for control of Fuedal Cybertron(?). I don’t wanna spoil, but the storys gonna be Megatron’s ahemhem “attempt at diplomacy”.

Optimus and the Autobots are a rogue legion of Samurai, and for most of the war, they were able to catch and keep control of the city of Iacon, thereby establishing it as the Autobot capital.
