Actually Minori and Ami are my favorite characters on Toradora, but never comes to my mind that they could be paired. Then yesterday when i randomly browsed how people's review about them, and here i found your blog. Thanks to you now i don't love them only as individual but also as pair, they're too precious. *need to rewatch the show to see their moments* <3

I'm so glad that I started this blog and have come across so many people who feel the same way! I was the only one of my friends who finished Toradora! and the only one who shipped these two at all. Yet this is my most popular blog now and people are appearing out of nowhere saying they love this ship too!

I'm so grateful for all of you!

I'm watching Toradora again, and I noticed that there's a lot of early hints abt Minori being bi, eg her calling Ami cute, talking abt her cute girl radar, and other stuff like that before even the big race scene or bonfire scene that followed. :O

I know right?? It certainly picked up after that but even before there are hints that i think a lot of people just ignore because of hetero-goggles. Once you accept that bi people exist (:O!!!) it becomes fairly simple to see her, and Ami as well, as bi and interested in each other.

LN aminorin stuff

Idk if you read the light novels but I thought I'd share a couple of my fave aminori parts haha. (all taken from the eng translations in baka tsuki). From vol 9: "I've said everything that I have to say to Taiga. I guess she might have heard it...... should have heard it, so I won't chase after Taiga anymore." Minori breathed in, and out quickly before lifting her head, "I still have to chase after Ami. She's always running around, and even though she always makes me [angry] again, and even though we may quarrel again, but I still want to find her, to make up with her. Ami's the only one who can quarrel with me like that. I didn't even know that I could be so opposed to someone. She roughly awakened a part of me that even I didn't know existed...... I will never be able to find another person willing to do such a excessive thing for me." I understand Ami very well. Minori's smile was still so cheerful and steadfast. Ryuuji firmly believed that the heart of the person who is as clumsy as he is will be lit up by Minori. Yep.. My feels were pretty much outta control after this hahaha! I dont care what anyone says that right there is pure aminorin gold hahahaha! Too bad they didnt include it in the anime :( And another in vol 10: Minori pointed at the two people who were soaked to the bone. Takasu Ryuuji and the tiger looked at each other as they continued to shake uncontrollably, not knowing where to begin. "And, what's with you!?" "......What?" Realising that Minori had suddenly pointed at her, Ami, who didn't have any makeup on, looked at her, "Your dressing! Why are you only wearing a sweater!?" "M-M-M-Minorin, B-b-b-b-bakachi's coat is here. She l-l-l-lent her coat to us. Right, B-b-b-b-b-bakachi?" Ami didn't even have time to nod before--- "Ah--Ah--Ah--! I feel cold just by looking at you! Are you alright!?" Kushieda Minori's hands reached towards Ami, rubbing her arms. Ami couldn't help but mutter 'Busybody!', but Minori merely ignored her. "The two of you should take off your coats first. Here, give them to me." "Let Takasu-kun wear Ami's coat, Taiga can wear mine. And then Ami, this is for you! You're freezing!" Minori wrapped a square-patterned muffler around Ami's shivering shoulders. Ami instictively drew her neck back at the sudden warmth-- "I'll take that." Ami's childhood friend, who was holding two soaked coats, took away the muffler that was wrapped around her shoulders, "It's freezing, so the two of you should share this." In exchange for the muffler, Ami's childhood friend took off his coat. 'Thanks! Kushieda' Minori took the coat and grabbed Ami's hand, "Lean over! Hey, come over! Closer!" "......" Minori dragged Ami into the cover of Kitamura's coat. Under not-so-warm cover of the wool coat, Ami suddenly opened her mouth, "Hot bath." She coughed lightly to hide her sob, as she continued speaking as though nothing happened, "......The two of you will probably die if you don't take a hot bath soon right?" So.effin.cuuuuuuutes!!! <3 Fuuuuu! So yeah, we can say kitamura is oficially an aminorin shipper thankyouverymuch hahahaha! Seriously though, there are plenty of lines throughout the novels that kind of imply they at the very least have some kind of interest in one another whether it is romantic or not. Sometimes I wasnt sure if it was just me making assumptions or if there really was something more going on between them.. Id like to think the latter haha! Cheers~!
