The darkness of the night cover all Gotham City, the faintest noises could be heard, the police siren at distance, garbage cans being turned over by raccoons or cats.

But the loudest sound on the night was the sound of malice and evilness.

With sloppy steps a drunk man humble across the streets of Gotham, until he hears a sound of a garbage being hit.

"Ughh... Stop with all this noise!!" He mumbled throwing the empty bottle of alcohol on the dark hallway, a crashing noise could be heard and follow by it a groaning sound. Slowly the top of the bottle rolls back to the drunk's feet.

"Well... That's not very gentlemanly of you" the female voice echoes through the walls. The man's heart started to race, but then a small black cat walks out of the hallway.

"What the f...?"

Before he could think, the dim light of the street dies and a tall black figure appears behind him, with a dry move Batman knock him out making the drunk man fall on the floor.

"Tsk, what a piece of trash..." He growl look down at the man, after judging the last generation of the man, Bruce Wayne look over the dark hallway. "Let me see." He ordered.

Catwoman get out of the empty hallway rolling her eyes, even hurted she could find room to annoy Batman. "I could had handled it!" She says walking out with the head bleeding from the bottle throwed, Selina took of her mask and walk close to Bruce.

He carefully took her cheek and started to examine her wound. "It's superficial... Let's go to the Batcave so Alfred can treat you properly." Bruce suggest, then he gently kiss her forest. "You're a pain on my ass, Selina..." He growl shutting his eyes.

Selina giggle "But I know you like bat~" she purr resting her hands on his chest.

He sigh and slightly smile "I do" His hands travel to her waist. "Let's get you heal, kitty" Batman wrapped his arm around her waist and bring her close, with his Bat-rang he held her and and started to 'fly' back to the Wayne Manor.

Running away from the tens of hillichurs through the Liyue's Guili Plains, [Y/N] was just trying to get a few violets, but ended up caughting a lot of hillichurs attention.

She used her cryo vision, with her sword, but the hillichurs attacked with all their will. And after a long battle, [Y/n] had sure she was gonna lose, but luckily started to rain. She quickly took her chance and freeze her opponents, the frozen ice on their skin gave her the perfect time to run away.

Her quick steps on the wet grass, made her slip and dirty herself, she clumsy get up and continued her way afraid of more evil creatures. Ignoring the judge stares from the people on the Wangshu Inn, she get on the elevator and rested her back on the walls, panting, with high adrenaline and fear.

[Y/n] get on the highest spot on the building and sat down on the rooftop, making sure she wasn't going to fall, then she begain to stare at the rain covering all Liyue, the quiet sound of the rain drops made her slowly calm down.

Breathing in and out, closing her eyes and taking long breaths.

[Y/n] quietly whisper.

"Xiao..." She bury her head on her knees, holding them close and holding back your tears.

"You called... But you should had called sooner..." Xiao sat by her side and gently begain to caresses her head. "What happened?"

Xiao move his fingers from her head to her cheek, gently lifting her face, now showing up her tears and bruises. His eyes narrowed and his expression get serious.

"Who?"

"I-I just had a bad day, you don't need—"

"[Y/n]... Who?"

She find herself in a dead end, she knew he wasn't going to stop asking.

"A bunch of hillichurs..."

"Hillichurs... How I hate those insignificant creatures..."

Xiao brush her cheek wiping her tears and dirt. He lean and gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek, traveling his hands to the back of her ears.

"You're cold..."

"Love, I have cryo vi—"

"No. You're cold..."

She realized what he meant and look down. "I am..."

"... Humans are so fragile... So weirds... Yet you're so unresistible..." Xiao mumbled, still caressing [y/n] "I'll take care of you... Before you get too cold... I don't want my girlfriend dying because of leak of bath..."

[Y/n] couldn't help but chuckle. "What? I'm serious" Xiao protest, then without a warning he picked her up in a bridal style and teleported to the thermal waters of Mondstadt and begain to give her a bath, while he keep sure no one gets near.

"Xiao, I can bath myself—"

"Shush."

You couldn't help but let out a small sigh and a smile. You see him taking care of you like the most precious thing in the world, making sure that his touch is gentle and he doesn't hurt you while brush your hair. And during that day, he didn't leave your side once.

Xiao truly love you.

The day was cloudy, Y/n was been sick for the past three months, and Death doesn't know what to do anymore... Doesn't matter what kind of medicines she take, her weakness just don't pass.

One day, Death came back to his home with Y/n, but then she started to cough a lot of blood. He immediately picked her up and put in the bed, so he runs to the kitchen bring the medicine and a glass of water, but when he comes back, he smelled something a very familiar... Something that he likes to call... The smell of death...

When someone or something are about to die, they exhale a odor that only one the reaper could feel...

Death walk next to her bed and with his head down, he put the water and the medicine on the table. "Hey... Everything is okay? " Y/n ask putting her hand on his face, but he didn't say anything. "Oh... I see..." She rubbed her thumb on his cheek, and with her last strength, she kissed his head. And then, Y/n pick up Death's sickles and put on his hands.

He finally look up at her, and for the first time Y/n seems Death crying, "I... *sniff*...I don't want to... ", "well... sadly it's your job..." She rest her back in the bed "You... You will have to take my life, Death... " Death was already tearing up silenty "Mi Amor... Please don't do this to me... ", " you will have to reaper me... ", " Y/n please... ".

"...ath... Death!... Death!! " The Lobo finally open his eyes, finding Y/n on the top of him trying to make he wake up. "Oh my, I was getting worried! " He sits on the bed and look Y/n in front of him, " are you okay? You was hyperventilating and... And I heard you cry, what happen? " .

Then Death finally noticed, Y/n was there! no sickness, no blood, nothing just Y/n good and healthy. "Por Dios, you got me scared! " She put both of her hand on his cheeks, he sigh in relief and putting his hands on hers. Then she notice, Death had a nightmare. She hugged him and started to rubbed his head. "Ssh... Everything is okay now", he take a deep breath and hugged her back "Si... Everything is... Perfect now... "

They stayed like this for about five minutes, then Death suggest to they both drink a cup of hot milk, before they go back to sleep, and Y/n agreed.

"What had you dreaming by the way?" She ask picking the milk, while he picked the cups.

"Something really... Really scary... " he sit on the chair "I see, it must be something really scary to scare even death!" She put the milk in the pan and put in the stove heating up.

"Si... Era muy asustador... "

❥he will probably come home really tired, his job requires a lot of him, both psychological and physical. So will have times that he'll just want cuddle with you.

❥well we know Muerte love the smell of fear, so he likes to scare you sometimes, like appearing out of nowhere, or fade out the candles, or even making scariest noises!

He know he's gonna get you angry. So whenever he do this, he's bringing something to you, like flowers, or some desserts.

❥When you guys are cuddling, he secretly likes to compare the size of your hand with his.

❥Muerte kisses are passionate and calm, he likes to appreciate the moment of you being with him.

❥Muerte is not very good at comforting, he likes de smell of fear, not sadness! So mostly of the times when you are sad, he'll just be on your side, like hugging, hearing, physical comfort, something like this.

❥he can cook basic things, like eggs, bacon, and Mexican food. It's not perfect, but it's not that bad! But his chicken soup is actually very good!

❥I feel he's not the type of saying "I love you" very often, I think is most like "forehead-with-forehead" thing, is his way to say that he loves you.

❥When he is on he's "morning mood", he gently bittes your ear or cheek. And then say " good morning ".

❥Death is very observant, if you look different from yesterday, even a bit, he will notice, and get worried. (Asking if you sleep well, if you eat, if something happen to you.)

❥when it's cold or raining, he let you use his poncho, who it's actually very comfy and soft! And plus, Death thinks you look adorable with those.

❥He pretend to be angry when you call him a good boy, but his tail just denied what his saying. After some time, he'll stop denying.

❥Sometimes he will just stare at you for a moment and think:"wow I love this Woman/Man/Person".

❥He's very good at taking care of any injury. And won't left your side, until you get better.

❥Death also loves walking in a forest just you two, enjoying yourselfs, and gets really annoyed if someone interrupted.

Y/n was watering her flowers, like usual, daisy flowers to more specific. The town was calm, just one or two people walking around, but nothing to much. She ended the work, and go into the store, but when she was about to come in, Y/n hears a whistle coming with the wind. And she knows exactly who it was...

She runs inside and pick up three flowers, three little peonies, pick a "messager paper" used to do presents, and wrote a note. When she finished, the lamb could hear a jingle from the door, meaning that someone gets in.

"Hola Monería, you got something for me today?" He ask looking at her [eyes color] eyes, she offers the flowers to him. "I hope you like those! " he nods "Gracias fluffy" Death pet her fluffy head before leaving the store. Y/n blushed, she knows that he was teasing her.

Outside of the Muerte take the paper a read it, ["you are handsome like a flower❤"], he smile and chucked, "que lindo".

This thing of flowers and notes, has been happening for a lot of months. Y/n wants to confessed her love for Muerte! But every time she tries, she gets flustered so much that she couldn't even talk. But then, one day the little sheep decided to do it, even if that means she get rejected!

She take the paper and started to write it, and this time with all her heart! ["Muerte, I think you are cool, handsome, and nice, I like you so much, not even words could express it, so I just want to say that... Te amo! -Y/n"]. She put in the bouquet of roses, and then she hears the whistle.

"Hola Cordera, what do you got here? " her face heated up and she couldn't even speak. "Are you okay, cordera? No me parece bien... " she just give him the bouquet, and run to the back of the store.

Death was confused, he started to read the note, and a slight blushed could been seem of his cheeks. " oh, So that's why..."

In the other side, Y/n was starting to regret it. "Tonta, tonta! Why do you did it?! What he's gonna think about you! " she talked to herself, "¿porque no preguntas a él?" She jumped of fright, and then her face just instantly turned red.

"M.. M.. Muerte!! " "you mean what you write? ", she starts to shivering. " I... S..Sorr- " he cut her up, "¿Quisiste decir lo que escribiste?" " S..Si, I'm sorry if I said something wro-". Then out of nowhere, he put her into a hug, Y/n was confused but she hug him back, and they stayed like this for some time.

Y/n was in the forest getting some strawberries for a jelly. She always like the company of the forest, always so calm. "I think I got enough... " She gets up and make her way, to her home.

When she arrived the front door, a figure could be seem. A wolf, but not any wolf, her wolf! "How long have you been waiting here?" She get down to see his face half covered by the hood "About ten minutes, I guess... "

"Sorry to make you wait" "estas bien..." Death said lowering the hood. "You are here now anyway... " Y/n kissed his nose, and get up. "Let's come in! " she said picking up the strawberry hamper. Lobo get up as well, and both come inside the house.

Y/n put the strawberries on the table, and begins to wash it those. "What are you gonna do with these?" he ask stealing one from the hamper. "A jelly" "puedo ayudarte?" "claro!"

They starts to cut the fruits, and make the jelly. But then Death accidentally bumped on Y/n, and make she dropped the pan with the Jelly almost done. "Oh mierda! Are you okay?!" "Si, it doesn't hurt me at all!" He sigh of relief, and his ears went down "lo siento mucho, I.. I didn't mean doing it-" "No, No it's okay! It's not your fault! "

He looked down avoiding eye contact, feeling a little shame. "Hey, mira me, eso no es su culpa!" She put her hands on Death cheeks, making him to look her. "Hey... Who's my good boy?" You gotta be kidding me-

"I... I am?" "Si! You are!" She smiled and starts rubbing his head, he give her a chuckled. Y/n still petting him until he felt better, "Okay, now time to make another Strawberry Jelly! " She picks up the hamper, and looked at Death "quieres acompañar me?" "You can go ahead, I will be right behind" she go out of the house.

Death smile and touch his own head, remembering the feeling of being petted. "Eso era agradable... "

In a little place in the forest, was a healer called Y/n. People aways thought that was nothing special about the girl, just someone who makes medicines, but she has a little secret. This healer is Death's wife.

She always appreciate the life, when people are about to die, they notice how precious is the life. So we can say that, the girl give them another chance.

Death always see Y/n, 'cuz if aren't she, a lot of people on that town would die.

But one day, Y/n was the one to be sick. She drank the medicine, and start to feel better but then she saw him.

Both stay facing each other for a while, but Y/n wasn't scared at all, she was just confused.

"Hola?" Y/n was curious, how does a wolf that big haven't make any noice? "Hola... "He was feeling awkward, he knows the girl, but she didn't know him. " Who are you? " "Death... " "Are you... Here to take me? " "No... Not today..."

Since that day, Y/n starts to notice more and more. She even like his company, they start to talk more, see each other more, and then... You know, they fall in love. "She was the one who fall first, but he was the one who fall Harder"

Y/n was doing a new medicine, when she hear a sound coming from the door, she knows exactly who it is.

She heard he cursing something in Spanish, while he was walking on a circle. "It was that gato? " y/n ask.

"Si! He's just wasting his lifes like a estúpido! " He grunted and pitch his sickles on the table. "ese pinche felino!" He growled making angry noises.

"Okay, acalmate un poco" Y/n stop doing the medicine and focus her attention on Death. He sit on the chair, with one of his hands on the face, and sigh angrily "perdón... " "esta bien... " she starts to petting his head, and he calm down "How many lives do he has? " "Two, and I'm sure you, mi vida, he will waste in the most stupidest way! " Death roll his eyes.

"Well that's mean his gonna see you soon! " "if he waste one more life, I'm gonna take the last one myself!" Y/n just stay petting his head, and Death stay quiet, after some minutes the wolf hug Y/n by the waist and stayed like this.

"Mejor? " "Si, gracias mi amor" Y/n kissed his forehead, and he kissed her cheek. "I have to go, ahora. Some people will die today", he gets up, pics his sickles and go to the front door.

"I'll come back soon, mi amor" "estaré te esperando" she hugged him and then, like a flash, he disappeared.
