Since my blog (and my life) is rapidly becoming more and more focused on working with kids, I wanted to share a tidbit from my notes app that has been my guiding star recently.

- [ ] Is this rule necessary? (Is it either notably improving performance/productivity, or keeping someone safe?)

- [ ] Is this rule enforced equitably? (To bigs and littles, to boys and girls, etc. Boundaries and consequences should be the same for everyone. How is this rule applied to adults?)

- [ ] Is this rule easy-to-follow? (Can we reduce temptations and instances for rule-breaking to create an environment where respecting rules is easier?)

they did not get to choose where they grew up and they are living under the harshest oppression

we cant punish them for where they live, we need to be working to help them as well

and that includes building online communities and resources that they can access and where they can feel safe

The Fall of Crowley

HC- wings and feet and a lot of his hair was burnt. Once hell gets organised, Crowley preens up his wings, forces them into decent shape no matter the colour due to being burnt, or even to spite the burning, he goes sharp and glossy black, but many of the other demons stayed as they were at the point of fall.

Sulphur burns blue.

(What is he wears black/ has black wings because it covers up the burn stains without looking tatty?)

Werewolf transformation, but with Jackalope’s instead. Inspired by the Shope papilloma virus in bunnies, it’s theorized to be the source of myths about the Jackalope. It causes horn-like tumors to form, which can bear a resemblance to antlers.

It’s darn tootin’ creepy, so don’t google the virus if you’re squeamish👀
