Supergiant Games... They made almost 4 games already (the last one is in early access now) and it's one of my personal favorite game studios all along! Every time you spoke about Supergiants you can admire 3 main parts that are done perfectly: stunning graphics, gorgeous Darren Korb music with Ashley Barrett vocals and completely magic narrative thing! Each game have their own unique story told by characters but mainly by narrator with deep low beautiful voice.

Transistor was the second one and called after main character's sword name. And this sword narrates the entire game 'cause Red (this is a MC name) lost her voice. How? Sorry, no spoilers here :) The game set up in futuristic cyberpunk noir world, the story is pretty drammatic, gameplay is kinda linear but different abilities, called Functions, can force you to play this game more than once, so many variations of them Transistor have!

I defenitely recommend this game for everyone who missed it, plus today is the last day you can get it for free on Epic Games Store! So, hurry up! What are you waiting for?

You definitely heard about Celeste, it was hand to hand with God of War on TGA'18 for the story! And if you didn't play it, you just should!

They said this is a game about climbing a mountain...

Well, they kinda lied! This is about fighting your inner self, fighting your mental problems, your addictions. It's about to be supportive to the others who have their own problems. It's about understanding yourself and human nature. Celeste teaching you to accept your fears, showing that if you keep running from it, the things become worse.

Be prepared for the most amazing boss battle in platformers history and for Super Meat Boy level of deaths counter, it's not easy to climb on the mountain after all.

From the design perspective this game is the perfect example of mechanics introduction without using boring tutorials. The scale of the difficulty is really impressive either: you have "assist mode" to just enjoy the story on the one hand and 2 extra hard levels of each area on the other, so you can actually play however you want based on how much suffer you wish :)

The greatest thing about the new WarCraft 3: Reforged you might have missed: it has the same game engine as an original WarCraft 3! What means the full official support of all old mods and maps, including original DOTA and lots of great Tower Defence games!

Last BlizzCon was pretty intense, and while OverWatch is trying to jump on the Red Dead Redemption hype train, Diablo disappointed fans going mobile, Hearthstone just got regular expansion pack, War Craft showed something really interesting!

Too bad it's not War Craft IV, but it's a complete remaster of the videogames legend - War Craft III! Hope if this game show good sells, Blizzard at least start thinking about WC4. But now let's wait 2019...

Today we talk about a huge move in a "platform wars" and the second beggest event on a #Steam after indie-apocalypse a few years ago.

Short: The Steam finally allow mature content after years of rejecting and pretending that they don't see 18+ patches for all the novels they have!

If you are still intered here is what's happened:

Agony. Actually not so good horror game released in the late May this year BUT this game is very sexualized, disgusting and violent. And Steam give it a green light! So a lot of players have a questions: What's going on? What's allowed and what's not? And Valve reacted. About half of the year was spent on correcting the rules but now THE USER consider which games they wanna see, buy and play.

"We've decided that the right approach is to allow everything onto the Steam Store, except for things that we decide are illegal or straight-up trolling," wrote Erik Johnson in a Valve's blog post. "Taking this approach allows us to focus less on trying to police what should be on Steam and more on building those tools to give people control over what kinds of content they see."

So we ends up with 4 filters for our store view: Mature, Violence/Gore, Nudity/Sexual and Adult Only Sexual content.

Game studios already started to release 18+ patches for their games and the first one was Dharker Studio with (surprisingly) a novel Negligee

Maybe the next PC version of Witcher 4 will contain some "extra scenes" :D

It's not so new but it's pretty fresh and you might missed it, so...

The Messenger is a great platformer with neat graphics, tons of humour and a lot of 4th wall breaking.

Interesting solution about deaths is your "pocket demon" - Quarble, who revives you on the checkpoint, but then steal the powerups you collected as a payment.

The game totally worth to check it out if you love pixelart, platformers or a fan of good old Ninja Gaiden.
