I really need stardew valley mod help. I am at my wits end, so I have the newest version of smapi that being 4.1.10 which means I should be fine NOPE when I open the modding api it says smapi 4.0.8 and I DONT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS. Haha please help

the day Emma realized her new brother was her friend, Pt 3!!

as Emma and her friends walked into a shopping mall they started talking to each other about what to steal first, while Mk was just looking around in amazement. This was the first time he’s been in a mall before, it was so bizarre (to him). Filled with people and different smells. He was even excited to ride the escalator!

Emma couldn’t deny it was kinda cute seeing this little guy bouncing on his feet while riding an escalator, but she didn’t wanna show it. She was supposed to no like him, but he wasn’t actually annoying. He was just… there. Maybe this wasn’t a good idea to include him in shop lifting. It was to late now they were already in a store looking at snacks and cute merchandise.

after Emma’s friends and Emma herself were ready to sneak out with items stuffed away in their clothes Mk had his sites set on a jacket. Emma walked over to remind him he had to steal something if they could continue to be with her friends right now. He felt sad, he knew he couldn’t successfully steal the jacket. It was to big and noticeable. So he put a small chocolate bar in his pocket and slumped over sadly.

after they left they went back out of the mall to Mk’s disappointment, all of Emma’s friends piled into one of their vans and began eating their snacks and debating on if they should steal more. Emma was having her usual fun while talking to her friends about what they didn’t today until she saw Mk’s face. He looked so… sad. Usually she’d brush it off but it genuinely made her sad.

After the group decided to head back for the day to not get caught but Emma wanted to go back in, just her and Mk. Her friends were confused but they agreed to let Emma go back in. To Mk’s surprise she picked him up and carried him in her arms back to the entrance to the mall. Mk asked Emma “why are we going back inside?” Emma just said “just getting a soda” she wasn’t actually gonna get a soda.

after entering a random shop she bought a bear, using her fake id to get it. Once she bought it she sipped it and brought Mk over to the shop they were just at before her and her friends left the mall. Once they entered she got to Mk’s level and asked him “what do you want?” Mk lit up, he could actually get the jacket! He took her hand and brought her over to a coat rack with random monkie king merchandise.

he showed her an orange hoodie like jacket with a cloud patch. Red pocket highlights and the same monkie king logo on the back that Mk had on his tank top. It was a men’s medium, no way it could have fit him! But mk looked like he really wanted it. Emma shrugged and took it with her to the shopping counter. After buying it the cashier realized Emma was one of the kids from earlier!

Emma saw them call for security and picked up Mk to make a run for it in the process she almost dropped Mk but managed to catch him but dropped the jacket. Mk was heartbroken as they sadly left the jacket behind. Emma finally lost the security guards she ran into the women’s bathroom, she sat mk down in a stall and told him to sit still “stay there until i get back ok? DO NOT wander off ok?” She sounded so demanding so Mk listened to her.

Mk waited in there for half an hour in that stall, worrying about if he was going to stay there forever. It was cold and quiet, he started crying in fear of being left behind. Until Emma opened the stall she looked like she had dirt on her face, she picked Mk up and sighed in relief. “Are you ok little guy?” She was so concerned someone would try and take him but now that she knew he was safe it was perfect. Mk hugged her and wiped his eyes from the tears he almost shed

Emma patted his back and carried him out of the bathroom, she went through hell just to get something she left behind. After leaving out the back this time and making it back to the van her friends swarmed her making sure she was ok, she confirmed she was fine and said she just had to hide to make sure the security didn’t catch her underage drinking.

As they rode back to drop Emma and Mk off a block or so away from the noodle shop Emma brought out… the Jacket! Mk’s eyes sparkled in amazement! He didn’t know how to explain it but seeing that jacket Mk felt like everything he wanted came true. Once Emma put it on him, Mk looked down at the huge sleeves on his little arms! Emma really got him this and almost got caught. She was a hero

I HAVE A MK INTERSEX AND TRANS HC THAT DOESNT MESS WITH THE CANNON

now that i have your attention, i will now go in depth about this idea of mine since this is what tumblr is made for

Since all the monkeys were born from a stone I don’t think they had genitalia, of course they could pee and everything but there’s only a hole. The only way to change that is to shape shift their lower parts to anything they associate their gender with. Also they might be specific monkeys but they don’t even have any way to show that they’re male or female, I mean monkey king and macaque have eye lashes. 

So when Mk was found Pigsy couldn’t tell what gender he was, so he assumed Mk was a little boy. He had short hair and masculine features but it was still hard to tell because he was a little kid, most little kids are hard to tell what gender they are unless their parents told you. They all look unisex until like 6 or 7. And Hc Mk was 5 when Pigsy found him.

So after eventually taking him to a doctor, to everyone’s surprise Mk had mostly feminine hormones and features from the tests showed by doctors. So from then on Mk was perceived as a girl for the majority of his younger years of his childhood. It wasn’t until he was 10 he confronted tang and Pigsy, saying he wasn’t happy after being called a girl since his first medical visit. 

After a long conversation everyone agreed that Mk should be who he wants to be, so he started going by Mk until his legal name was changed. Eventually the nickname stuck even after his real name officially changed. Once in his teen years he started talking testosterone after saving up since the first conversation about his gender with his family. He couldn’t afford gender reassignment surgery which he didn’t want because it sounded terrifying.

I thought about his dead name as well, before being officially adopted he didn’t have a name, they just called him kid. But after his first doctors visit they gave him the name Qi Xiaowen (齐晓文), meaning little morning cloud. Which gave him inspiration for his current name Qi xiaotian, (齐小天) meaning together little sky. Also since his name is similar to monkey king’s mandarin name he also picked it from him using some of the characters to be like his idol.

and thus that is my overdramatic statement on my “Mk is intersex and Trans” head canon. Could even be a theory. If you liked it I plan on posting here a lot so you will see more of me

Emma was mad, this kid just showed up to the noodle shop one day covered in dirt and mud and yet her boss (and current foster parent) keeps him around!? Even when he was quiet enough he would always be there! And now he was gonna snitch on her!

wait, he was really quiet. She had no idea a five year old was fallowing her! Maybe he wasn’t as bad as she thought, maybe he could help with her shoplifting spree. She was honestly impressed by Mk’s persistence.

As Mk worried he would also be told on for fallowing Emma when she said no Emma talked to her friends about keeping him around. They agreed and Emma talked to him. She got to his level and started telling Mk that he could still hang out with them. Only if he successfully steals something. And lil ol’ Mk being the people pleaser he was (and still is) was more than happy to prove himself to Emma!

the day Emma realized her new brother was her friend

Emma was on break, waiting outside tapping away on her phone for her friends to pick her up, to do the usual. Shop lift, graffiti, drinking behind the mall. Until Pigsy called out that she had to take care of Mk. The five year old who barely spoke a word and never left Emma alone, just an anointing little guy. When Mk walked outside to sit with her he asked “Are your friends coming?” Which Emma got an idea

she stood up and patted Mk on the head while saying in a talk down tone “yeah bro your not coming” which made Mk confused “look buddy, you’re cute. But these guys hang out with people who can keep up!” She pointed at him with no regard for his sad expression “and you can NOT keep up. Ya’ know?” She shooed him back inside telling Mk that his legs are too small and he’s just a little guy.

But the second her friends arrived Mk fallowed them in secret, he wanted to prove he could keep up! Emma was just giving him a challenge that it! Once he stopped fallowed them to in behind a music shop, he watched them from behind some old boxes. They were laughing and smiling, it looked so fun. Suddenly as he leans into the box to hear the group better but he fell on the box and it flatted. Making Emma freak out. How is she going to explain to her friends that she had invited her technically BABY BROTHER to a shop lifting spree!?

Emma’s mother and Becca

TW: light mentions of alcohol, addiction, toxic friends, abuse, self harm and one mention of smoking

Emma’s mom: Emma hates her bio mom, after her bio dad walk out on the two of them Emma’s mom took to drinking and placed the blame on Emma when she was 5. Eventually when Emma got old enough (11) she started fighting back her mom’s abuse and even physically defeated herself when her mother tried to hit her. The drinking and smoking took a toll on Emma which let to an addiction of both at a young age. And her rude words made her have a high level of seft hatred leading to self harm but I won’t go to into detail about that. When Emma was 14 she pushed her mother of their apartments balcony in self defense and into a dumpster. Emma didn’t go back after that. Her mother died 4 years later in the hospital from kidney failure

Becca: Becca was one of Emma’s high school friends, they were both alternative punk rock lovers despite Becca being more of a feminine scene kid. She could play precaution so she was the band’s drummer, eventually after Emma moved out of her mom’s apartment and into a a good foster home (I’ll go in depth about them later) and began bringing lil Mk to practice Becca thought Emma was becoming soft and not a hard rocker anymore. Eventually she started insulting Emma and bringing up her mother during hang outs. Emma kick her out after trying to give Mk a flask. To this day she still thinks Emma became a real downer and has the AUDACITY to say living with her mom made her interesting.
