My favorite simple wards to guard the home

Hanging rosemary above the doorstep, and/or above doors of the house for protection.

Sprinkling a line of dried red pepper on a windowsill, to counter a curse.

Placing a mix of dried & ground eggshells and black pepper in every corner of a room to keep out unwanted spirits.

Placing a decoration representing a witch in the kitchen, to keep away illness and to favor health.

Crafting an effigie (no matter how crude!) and make it into the guardian of your home by charging it with your intent of protection and placing it near the front door.

Crafting small witch ladders to hang around the house.

Is it burnout or depression?

I don't want to do anything. I'm over everything. Everything is annoying me. I just want to be left alone completely for 48 hours. By literally everyone, Ethan included. I know that sounds bad, I don't mean for it to. I'm just so unbelievably over having to do shit for others and having to think about everyone else. No one does this shit for me. Why the fuck do I have to do it for everyone?

I know he doesn't think he's included when I say everyone, and I really don't know why. Any time I bitch about shit and how no one does shit for me. I'll even say except "___" (let's be for real, that's usually Mike) and he will not be the exception and he will act like he isn't included. Like, no, you also don't do shit for me, you also had extra shit to my plate just because you won't do. I'm so fucking tired.

Why is it that when I barely start doing some of the same shit as everyone else, it's all of a sudden an issue? You haven't moved. Cool, you literally never do, who cares? You got snappy. Wow, you do every week. It's work, it's home, it's everything. I just want to fucking isolate for a minute.

I just want to be in my own fucking home and get peace. But I don't have that option. I know part of my shit is my own laziness. I know some of it is my depression. Some is my burnout. But holy shit, the amount that I think is literally just the introvert in me literally dying to be taken care of is most of it. I'm so fucking tired of being put aside. No one gives a fuck about me until they need something. And I don't have anything to give anymore, quite frankly to anyone, I don't even think myself. I think that's why everything is hitting me like it is. I don't even have the energy to try and take care of myself.

I just want 48 hours. I don't know why that's asking for too much. I'm tired of giving.
