Please be careful guys!

Not everyone can use generic insulin safely. Your doctor prescribes you certain kinds for a reason for one thing. And some people do not know to adjust the dosage with generic Walmart insulin. People have died because of this. I know we have to do what we have to do but please do it Safely. Research first. Getinsulin.org is another resource just recently created to helpyou access cheap insulin. You can also join BST groups on Facebook to dsicreately sell/buy life water. (Keep it on the DL though). Sometimes your doctor has free samples when you’re in a pinch, too. Be smart, be safe. Take care! Love you guys!

Keep in mind that your immunity is much better when your blood sugars are under control. It's not just having diabetes as a dx, it's having hyperglycemia all the time. Basically, if your a1c is low, you don't need to have excess worry. Check your bg, wash your hands, and eat well. Be safe guys 💙
