breakfast: skipped
lunch: plain cheeseburger (340) and fries (290)
dinner: steak (220)
snacks/other: halo top chocolate cake batter (330) and monster ultra paradise (10)
total: 1,190 cals
burned: 1,014 cals
net: 176 cals

I’m gonna start taking pictures of the food i eat for my food logs to keep myself accountable and make sure i stay at 800 or less cals and so i eat more healthy like i swear i eat like sh!t and eat sweets its honestly disgusting.

list of my safe foods/drinks: (is getting updated)
breakfast:
-oui yogurt (usually around 180-200 cals)
-caramel macchiato (instead of eating) (180 cals) or (95 cals) when using almond milk
-tea (35 cals only use 1/4 cup milk)
-hard boiled eggs (70 per egg)
lunch/dinner:
-tyson chicken strips (250 cals)
-caesar salad (usually low calorie but it varies so around 200 depending on how big the portion is)
-uncrustables (peanut butter and honey or strawberry)
-maruchan chicken ramen (even though its really bad with sodium and its 370 cals its a safe food 😭😭)
snacks:
-protein bars (250 or less cals)
-granola bars (200)
-goldfish (140 for 55 pieces)

idk who needs this but i found out that ramune is low cal! and its soda and i know a lot of people dont like liquid cals but it might help for energy and if you’re craving something sweet.
