Help I’m writing a fanfic with Tim Drake as the main character and I’m trying to find more things that I can compare the OG Robin costume to, so far I’ve got the obligatory traffic light comparison but I wanna add more that get progressively more and more ridiculous.

this should make you angry. children in gaza have been out of school for a whole year and will be out of school as long as the israeli invasion continues. palestinian children live in flimsy tents which do not offer them any protection from the heat/cold. they travel long distances to search for water. they are threatened by water-borne diseases and skin infections that are running rampant in gaza.

no aid has been allowed in gaza since may. there is a shortage of everything from food to medicine to blankets to tents. this means that prices for everything have gone up.

it has become very expensive to survive in gaza. heavy rains followed by the winter are fast approaching. a tent does not offer much protection against the elements.

help alaa [ @alaakh998 ] buy supplies for the winter and medicine for her son who is suffering from a skin infection. she has two children aged six and four. she needs to ensure their safety and welfare and it cannot be done without your help.

I was just reading a fic where some campers are recounting Percy’s quests, and they got to TTC Specifically the point where they’re all in Hephaestus’s junkyard and I had to pause cause I think I found a plot hole, thought I absolutely could be wrong I. Which case please tell me so in a kind manner.

Olay so part of the hunters ability after joining the hunt is that they can’t die unless they are in battle.

Then his is it that Bianca Di’angelo dies while stopping the talos; I looked it up to see if maybe I was just remembering it wrong, but according to Riordan Wiki,

“Percy, Thalia Grace, Bianca di Angelo, Zoë Nightshade, and Grover Underwood travel through the junkyard. They discover it to be filled with seemingly useful things; however, Zoë reminds the rest of the group that the only reason why something would be thrown to the junkyard is because of its malfunction. Later, as they are leaving, a prototype of Talos rises up from the junk and attacks the group, and Percy discovers that Bianca had secretly kept something - a Mythomagic statue of Hades, the only statue her brother Nico di Angelo did not yet have in his collection. Knowing the monster's rise was her fault, Bianca gives the statue to Percy and climbs into Talos' foot, where she is able to control him. She forces him into a row of telephone wires, which electrocutes him and shuts him down. However, she also ends up dying in the process, sacrificing herself to save her friends.”

And again I could be wrong so please don’t kill me but, I’m pretty sure that Bianca controlling the Talos wasn’t considered a battle, so how did she die to it falling on her? Unless maybe the fact that it was trying to attack them made it count as a battle???

This might be completely wrong but I couldn’t get the thought out of my head so hear it is. Again please be kind, I could just be sleep deprived 😅
