"You can eat whatever you want as long as you workout…" 🙄😳 For some odd reason, many of us tend to think that training plays the BIGGEST role in our physical health. I hate to break it to you, but this is WRONG! 😵❌🚫 🆘 Let’s break it down: ✔︎ If we think about it, to get your workout goals in ONLY takes roughly ~ 1h of your day… ⏱⏰ That’s the EASIEST part. (I train for about 1h, 5-6x/ per week, so do my clients) ✔︎ Controlling what you ingest and intake ALL DAY & EVERYDAY is the HARDEST part. 🍏🥦🥑🥒 ✔︎ Eating in accordance with your goals CONSISTENTLY (I can’t stress the word CONSISTENTLY enough) is NOT easy,but IT’S POSSIBLE❗️especially if you find the RIGHT diet that works for YOU and that you can actually stick to LONG TERM. 🥗 ✔︎ If you’re serious about reaching your fitness goals and feel as though you aren’t getting the results you’re looking for, I got you❗️ ✔︎ Random IG workouts and “1 size fits all” diet plans taken straight from the internet will NOT get you the results you’ve been looking for... You must keep trying though❗️💪 ✔︎ Sooner or later, you will realize that though…! You can workout as much as you want, run multiple times per day and even do crazy HIIT/Tabata workouts, but if your DIET isn’t ON POINT, your body won’t be either… 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ ✔︎ My Challenge comes with a 6-week meal plan FIT to your specific goals (fat loss/ lean gains) and personal preferences. I really liked the idea of having a nice 6 PACK‼️🍫 When I started to compete & train more seriously.. what drove me was very clear - wanted to be in the best physical shape I could possibly be in & compete with world class athletes! 💪 I visualized being on stage EVERY SINGLE DAY.. 🏆 Today, when I’m on and off competing seasons, I still workout & train just as hard. Lifting and living a healthier lifestyle is a very important part of my life 🥗 - it’s now become a way of life. It’s my identity. ⭐️ My ultimate goal in providing others with fun relatable training/meal programs + social media is to help others experience the same. 🙏✨ All this to say.. Always remember your “WHY” that drives you & keep visualizing it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
