I have struggled my entire life with #manic #depression (not realizing that as a child not sleeping for a week wasn't normal) and anxiety. After having children I got to add #PPD to the list. BTW we all know what's been going the past year and a half. I was put on several different synthetic medications throughout my late teens all the way to 7 months ago off and on. One would be great for depression but put my anxiety on a whole other level. Some would actually make me feel like hurting myself. Last night was the worst night of my life the #emotions and #spiritual battle that was happening within was to great for me to handle alone. This morning was no better it was actually worse. I took my gummy which typically takes 30-45 minutes to kick in, opened my Bible app and dug in. Reached out to friends to pray for me and within 20 minutes I was already feeling more balanced and more courageous to face my day. It was a mess though for a while.
