hi sorry for waiting so long to reply, thanks for asking :))

i actually have mixed feelings about the finale...

ever since i learned that they cut a hefty amount of footage from act III i've been more understanding because while i loved season two, it was really a 'go, go, go' type of vibe compared to the first season. there were a few leaps that weren't completely explained and were scarified for the intensity and ambition of the story.

definitely could've benefitted from one more episode.

one think i really appreciate about arcane is it's use of 'show don't tell.' i really like the moments of silence, the microexpressions, etc. but there were some moments that weren't shown or spoken of, if that makes sense? i knew season 2 was ambitious with all the different stories converging into one climatic moment, and in an ideal world they would've all gotten more time to wrap up.

what do you think? as far as i know, the opinions on the finale is a huge spectrum.
