It will then become a natural and integral part of your being. Don't half ass it. Become it.

What I loved about traveling was appreciating the simple things. I loved the feeling the hot water on my back after a long day of adventure. I loved the taste of coffee to get my morning started, knowing that the day ahead would be nothing less than exciting for my soul. I loved simply walking into my hotel, greeted by friendly faces welcoming me home. I appreciated people. Exchanging a smile walking down the street, or randomly sparking up a conversation at a restaurant only to realize we were sitting in Thailand next to each other but both grew up in NJ. I loved keeping my makeup simple. I didn't feel the need to impress anyone but myself. I threw up some bright lipstick, only to complement my natural glow and tan that I received from being out in the sun all day. I appreciated the fact that I could enjoy the comfort of a bed, and how soundly I would fall asleep after I had walked many miles that day. I loved that my body naturally woke up with the sun rising, tuning in to my internal clock.
