One of my morning pleasures @yatpottery Trimming the leathered off clay shapes to reduce size, add detail or patterns. A messy but necessary part of the job @yatpottery Recycling the scraps of clay so they can be used again. Complete and very quick transformation of some charity shop 70’s bedside drawers using #anniesloanchalkpaint From brown to blooming in a day. Might do something completely different with the unpainted one. The grey one is now in the bedroom of the #galleryapartment above the shop. How much were the chests? Eight quid each. Viking Mead cups @yatpottery Really enjoyed making these. Thrown in one piece they are all slightly different and peoples hands will respond differently when they hold them.
