I've been wanting to write but haven't had any real inspo and I've got a bunch of blank docs/half started fics that have song lyric titles that I could 100% work with I just need to figure out which one to work with first so yall get to pick :D

Okay different pre-canon think I've had for ages. (Ignore that its in the same font as the other one I just like this concept).

So at some point with one of the shitty guys Ruben was seeing he was talking about "Yeah so he was saying all this fucked up shit last night" and was showing the messages to the others. So then Jon's like "You're blocking him right?" And Ruben's like "I mean but what if he comes back and he's nice? Or what if he gets mad that I blocked him?" Zach then goes "Yeah okay give me your phone I'm blocking him for you. He can't be mad at you if I did it" This then devolves into them going back and forth on the obvious reasons why that guy should be blocked and the slightly delusional reasons why he shouldn't be. Eventually, Angel just yoinks Ruben's phone and hands it to Zach. And then Zach's like "okay I won't do it if you actually really don't want to but like why give Mr asshole guy a way to keep ruining your day?" So then Ruben's like "okay fine block him".

Later on that day Ruben thanks them cause he knows sometimes he just gets a lil obsessed with what could be and he ignores like glaringly obvious things that really shouldn't be. And it's like a lil bonding moment for them yknow?

This is late but here's one of my post canon thinks

So the boys were talking about like ideal partners and that kinda stuff and Angel goes "so Ruben. Dream guy. Go." And rubens like "lol I don't really have the luxury of being that specific." Which then devolves into "um excuse you not my bestie". And everyone just hyping him up like "You're a good person and you deserve good things and people in your life". So eventually Ruben gives in and just stats listing like bare minimum bar is on the floor characteristics. So Jon cuts him off and is like "you know him being nice to you is the baseline right? Like it shouldn't be something specifically called out in your dream guy?" This goes on for a little while and they get somewhere eventually and Ruben just feels very appreciated by everyone else after.

I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:

IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.

You ever just come across the spruce material for a fandom you were in ages ago and just have such a fond nostalgia for it? Like "omg I remember losing my fucking shit over that when that episode/chapter/book/season/update came out". And then going to see if the fandom is still alive cause said source material is old, you left the fandom like four years ago, and the source material hasn't received an update in ages and it's still active and you're like "Yo people still live here?"

-theyd make the little like gold star awards or tickets that'd say "zuben shipper before they came out"

-people making posts explaining why being parasocial as fuck and trying to use it as anjon proof is fucked up and why combing through the interactions of 15/16-year-olds from when Saturday first started to prove a timeline for zuben is also equally fucked up

My mind is currently think about how crazy the Saturday fandom would be during the performance where zach and Ruben come out like

- the international fans that woke up to it, and being confused. Also them making a videos to the sound ‘what is going on in the House of Commons’

- the amount of ‘story times’ that would happen , of their coming out. But also of ‘zuben’ moments. And like any moments where Ruben interacted with anything queer. (I mean they would literally been scrambling for anything, it could literally be like Jon pointing at the pride flag in a crowd for Ruben to see and him smiling like the bar is on the ground )

- how quickly the editors would work to edit their coming out and literally any interaction they have ever had.

- the amount of people trying to figure out their ‘timeline’

-anjon shippers fighting for the lives and trying to use the boys coming out as evidence saying things like ‘look at how proud they are, it’s cause they can’t come out they are trapped. Like they wouldn’t be able to come to terms with the fact that angel and Jon are genuinely straight.

- twitter would be actually crazy

- people suddenly declaring themselves as ‘zuben truthers’ and saying the knew all along
