I am studying hard, as the exam is fast approaching. Trying to be diligent and consistent with my studies while also trying to eat healthy and get some exercise done everyday.
The balancing act is not easy. But I know maintaining health will only help me study better.

I haven't been studying as much as I would like to this week. From next week I'll try to do better in terms of all my habits.
I want to have a proper daily routine for studies and exercise during the last month of the year, so I can go into the new year with better habits.

I keep thinking negative thoughts which makes it difficult to concentrate. I'm trying my best but it feels like that's never enough.
There are a lot of things outside my control, I'm learning to let them go and focus on changing the things I can.

I got my blood test report back today, and it was horrible. Everything is wrong. Why can't these problems be solved, ughh.
But still, life goes on. I tried studying, didn't get as much done as I would've liked but I'm satisfied with the fact that I didn't curl up in my bed and just stay there.

I woke up early, went for my 30 mins walk and even got a decent amount of studying done.
I'll watch an episode of a kdrama and chill, then call it a night!

Winding up for the day. I'm satisfied with how I used my time during the day. First day of my classes and I did really enjoy it, I find the subject very interesting so hopefully studying and revising for it won't be too difficult (hoping for the best here) 🤞

I started reading this new webtoon, which is so good. It has such a slice of life vibe. It is taking everything in me to not binge read it. I want to read it slowly as it is still ongoing. I'm really looking forward to reading the next chapters. I have read the other work of the author and now I'm officially a huge fan!!

I went for a walk in the evening for about 3 kms. The weather was really chilly today, I listened to good music and enjoyed the walk thoroughly.
I also managed to study 7 hours today, including my class. I will work hard to maintain this time consistently.

Good morning, Getting into a study routine. Feeling really good about. I woke up early today got some studying done. Did some journalling and planned for the new month (I'm really late, I know).
My only two goals for the next 2 months is to take care of my health and get as much studying done as possible. For this I'll be tracking my habits :
1. Waking up before 6 am
2. Eating healthy as much as possible.
3. Work out/walk atleast 5x a week
4. Study minimum 6 hours everyday.
