I actually hurt whenever I see something that reminds me of them. I can teat food without a reminder, I can't touch certain parts of my house without a reminder. It's like a constant reminder. Hell even having my fan kn reminds me of them. I feel stupid, why did I say yes. And it doesn't help owl dehumanized them.

Oghh im so sorry about that! I have gone thru this exact thing and developed one that caused me to over eat alot. Just inowmyour never alone and can get help! ^_^ (sorry I'm horrible at comfort)
