KARL HEISENBERG GENERAL HEADCANNONS

A/N - Finally got enough energy to actually finish something! I keep writing then disliking it and starting over again. I’ll eventually be posting more Heisenberg content along with Astarion or Gale. 👀 Enjoy!!

- He cant sleep with a blanket on, like it literally would make him sweat to no end.

- You both would wake up to a pool of sweat if he did.

- Even if it’s cold outside, he stays warm. He’s like your own personal heater.

- So because of that he usually winds up being your blanket instead of using the actual one.

- Whether he is laying on you or you’re curled up in his arms. He is always whats keeping you warm.

- I also think he would like it whenever you sit in his lap.

- It makes him feel loved, plus he likes holding you.

- Speaking of which, he would totally carry you around the factory if you were too tired to walk.

- It’s time to go to bed? Say you’re too tired to go upstairs and boom he’s already carrying you.

- It’s no problem to him at all, i mean he carries a big ass hammer around he can carry you too.

- If you ever say something about being too heavy he’d reassure you that you aren’t.

- Though i don’t think he’d be amazing at reassuring, or words in general.

- He could show you he loves you through actions any day. But words? Probably not as much.

- He just doesn’t know how to, he barely knows how to love someone more or less tell them how much he does.

- If you really needed it though, he would try his hardest to tell you.

- I also believe he would bring little trinkets to you, maybe something he made or something he found lying around.

- He would brush it off as nothing but always stare and make sure you liked it.

- “If you don’t like it then too bad”

- This man would be the most stubborn person to deal with honestly.

- If you tried to tear him away from work to sleep or rest, he would either leave then go back after 5 minutes.

- Or he would just say no and ignore your persistence.

- All in all he is trying to be the best person he can be for you, he just needs time to do so.

hi dear! if it’s okay i would like to request dbh characters reacting to reader being a huge scaredy-cat, maybe they’re both doing something like watching horror movies or playing horror games and then reader got super scared

* He would probably be unfazed while watching a horror movie, so when you start getting scared or jumping at the jump scares. He would be confused at first.

* He would put an arm around you and try to comfort you in hopes he could make it less scary.

* Or he would offer to turn it off and see if you wanted to watch something else.

* If you said no he would ask something like “Aren’t you scared?” In reference to your jumping.

* If you’re the type of person that likes being scared and watches horror movies because you enjoy the thrill in a way. You would have to explain that to him.

You sit in the living room watching a movie with your boyfriend, Connor. You had talked about a new movie that came out a few days prior so he suggested you watch it today since he is off.

You agreed knowing full well you would get scared, but you had talked about it and gave him the idea you were interested in watching it so you felt bad to say no now.

You turn the movie on and get comfortable on the couch, sitting close as possible to Connor as the movie began. The beginning of the movie seemed fine and was enjoyable, but as it went on… Not so much.

You tense as the suspense builds in the movie, you can feel your heart beating out of your chest with anticipation. You jump out of your skin when the jump scare finally happens and your boyfriend whips his head to look at you.

“Are you alright, love?” He asks tilting his head slightly at you.

“Y-yeah I’m fine.” You say looking straight at the TV. “Are you scared?” He asks moving forward to look at your expression better.

You look at him, shoulders still tense as well as your expression. He notices and sits back again, he wraps an arm around you pulling you close to him. Now you’re practically in his lap watching the movie.

You no longer jump or flinch, you sit and watch the movie enjoying the time with your love.

MARKUS

* I can’t see him really loving horror, not because he is scared but just personal preference, so you’d probably be playing a video game when you’d jump a little too hard and it would catch his attention.

* He already knows how much of a scaredy cat you are so he knew this would happen.

* I can see him teasing a little

* “Is someone scared?”

* He would say something like that while sitting next to you watching you play, chuckling at you jumping every now and then.

* He would still be like Connor and if you were to that night have nightmares or anything he would stay up to make sure you slept that night.

You were sat on a chair playing your game, while Markus was strode across your shared bed reading a book he has probably already read.

He already knew you’d get scared while playing, especially since it is dark out and late at night. But he sat back and said nothing because he knew you wouldn’t listen.

You had been playing for about an hour now and he could tell your shoulders were tense and could hear sharp breaths every now and then followed by a jump from your body.

“Is someone scared?” He asked in a sing song voice, getting up from his chair and walking towards where you were sitting. “No, of course not” you said, but as if the game was against you, another jump scare happens and you make a squeaking noise.

He chuckles and takes the controller, pausing the game. “It’s late anyway, let’s go to sleep” he says leading you to the bed. Once you both lay down and get comfortable, you start thinking more and more of the game. It’s making it hard to sleep or un tense your muscles.

“Markus..?” You peep “I can’t sleep.” Humming quietly he holds you a little closer and tighter, resting his face in your hair while stroking it gently. “Maybe you shouldn’t play anymore horror games from now on”

GAVIN

————

* He’d tease you at first, like, make fun of you.

* “This isn’t that scary” followed by him laughing at your reactions

* But after he realized you weren’t messing around he would probably ease down on the teasing.

* He would awkwardly place an arm around you or pull you closer.

* If you acknowledged it he would deny it but he also was jumping at some of the scares

You loved nights like these, where you’re alone with Gavin, your thoughts, the feeling of the warm blanket over you, and then also the sound of your boyfriends howling laughter as you jump at every jumps scare that happens.

“It’s not that fucking funny” You say under your breath in an annoyed tone. Tensing as another scare happens, you squeeze the blanket closer hoping to get a sense of comfort.

Gavin looks at you, smile slightly faltering, he pauses before reaching out and awkwardly put an arm around your waist, pulling you close to him. You look up at him and smile. You do really love nights like these.
