In AotC when Yoda asks the youngling to close the shades the kid uses the Force to do it. Combined with how we see Obi-Wan using the Force to grab the map reader and close doors, casually using the Force seems pretty normal to the Jedi. Anakin’s hang ups about floating the pear may have been more along the lines of “don’t play with your food” or, more accurately, “don’t play with other people’s food”
