Explanation of this affirmation: https://youtu.be/qiU5ZMKoV58
Affirmation song: I am the One Giving Love to my Life
Be a lover. Of yourself, of life, of your life.
Easier said than done? Maybe listening to this affirmation song will help you to get on the vibe.
An important ingredient in this affirmation song is that YOU are the one loving your life. You don’t have to wait for anyone else to think of your life as something worth living. Your life doesn’t need to seem enjoyable to others or look good. It’s important that YOU like your life.
Giving love is a verb. You don’t have to wait for your life to become different in order to enjoy it.
Smelling the fresh air that comes in through the window. Feeling your feet touching the floor while you walk. Seeing a smile on the face of a loved one. Being kind to the people you meet. Tasting the tea you made for yourself.
Life doesn’t need to be that hard if you bring some awareness to cherishing what you get to experience.
All that you “have to do”, you get to do. Find the gems in it.
Count your blessings.

Life might have us end up feeling like we're not permitted to be happy. Would you like to open yourself up to happiness in your life?
On request here’s a guided meditation on opening yourself up to happiness. Giving yourself permission to be happy and thus allowing happiness into your life with this guided meditation. * Download my free Meditation Album at:* www.InevitableBliss.com/meditation Transcript of this guided meditation on allowing happiness:    • Find yourself a comfortable meditation pose, and then close your eyes   • Let’s take a moment to settle in    • Just be and breathe    • Come home to your center. See if you find that place of peace a little bit more    • Let’s take a look at why we’re not allowing ourselves to be happy. So this is a moment of becoming aware. You don’t have to change anything yet.   • Look inside: what’s stopping you from letting yourself be happy? Do you have a belief that you always have to work hard? Or that happiness would be egoistic?    • Do you feel like your not destined to be happy? Have certain events in the past caused you to feel these kinds of things?    • Has social conditioning given you the idea that you were not allowed to feel happy? And that you should put others first?    • Now if you have ever felt like you were obliged to sacrifice yourself, or as if you were not allowed to feel happy, that will feel very heavy. And let’s now move to the part of the meditation where we’re just going to sit with our feelings for a moment. Acknowledge all the feelings that all these ideas and rules have given you.    • You don’t have to solve it, just give it your loving attention.   • Now I would like to present you with a helpful image. So just see if you can focus and follow along. Picture in your mind’s eye: planet Earth. Pictured from outer space.    • Yes, that’s where you live. And also where all the other people live. See from outer space, from an objective point of view, you as a person, are just as much part of the human family as any other person.    • And all the atoms that the Earth contains, and all the creatures living on the Earth contain, are just as much universe as any other atom in the universe.    • Now from this point of view: wouldn’t you wish for everyone on the planet to be happy?   • And wouldn’t it be strange to say that some people have to sacrifice themselves for other people?    • And wouldn’t it make sense to say that every person, since they know themselves and their needs best, takes care of themselves? (Not only themselves per se, but you know, just enough.)    • From this point of view, you are equally worthy as all other people. And so you deserve as much happiness as all the other people do.    • Now put your awareness back into your body as you are sitting here in meditation and feel your own heart. Feel that as you have grown up to become an adult, it’s safe now to allow yourself to feel happy, to take care of yourself. And that it is, in fact, a good thing, to take care of yourself.    • Feel as if your heart is a flower that now opens up to receive your own gifts. To receive yourself. * Download my free Meditation Album at:* www.InevitableBliss.com/meditation

Transcript of this guided meditation on enjoying silence:
Welcome dear you, let’s enjoy silence.
When you’re ready, close your eyes, in any preferred meditation position. If your back is starting to ache, feel welcome to lie down instead.
Come home in the moment.
You’re welcome here, in the right now.
Become aware of the silence that’s surrounding you.
Even if it’s a relative silence. Probably there are always some little sounds. But you can choose to listen for the silence.
Let your body become silent as well.
And just sit.
Everything on break.
Sitting in, breathing in, a field of silence.
And doesn’t the silence contain a certain pristine beauty? In which all of you is welcome to dissolve. In which you find a save haven. Where you are accepted for being who you are.
Stay with the silence. Whenever your attention goes somewhere else you can come back and rest in the silence.
Just being is enough.
Being with the silence. Letting silence be your friend.
Staying with it, in the softest way.
Letting the silence melt you down.
Letting the silence purify you from the inside out. Just see if you can feel it that way.
As you are sitting here so silently, you are part of the silence.
Slow, gentle breathing. As if not wanting to disturb the silence.
While all your thoughts just flow out and get absorbed by the field of silence around you.
And whenever you get lost in thoughts, you’ll find that when you get back, the silence is still there for you. You can land again.
“Welcome,” silence whispers in an unhearable voice.
The peace of silence brings us healing. And so we can sit in gratitude. In appreciation for its beauty.
The silence might bring us insights, and also in the silence, things might surface from our psyche. If they do, don’t blame the silence. Silence is just helping you to see, whatever wants to be seen. So yes, blame silence... but in a positive way, with appreciation.
We’re spending our last moments in silence now, so this is almost like good-bye time. Enjoy the silence just a little bit longer.
And when you’re ready, breathe in fully, breathy out fully.
Wiggle your toes, your fingers. Move your body as you feel you need to.
And when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes again.

Healing a broken heart. On request here’s a guided meditation for those of you who want to heal a broken heart. This guided meditation is all about healing your broken heart by giving it your own loving attention, softness and compassion.
Give yourself the loving attention you deserve in this guided meditation: https://youtu.be/fisAO1XUKc0 Also, this guided meditation is about allowing whatever negative feelings to be just there, give them space, as this too, is an act of loving kindness toward your own heart. I hope you will enjoy this guided meditation for a broken heart. Would you like to meditate more often? You can download my free meditation album: https://inevitablebliss.com/meditation And join the free online live meditation group: https://inevitablebliss.com/meditation-group
BONUS: The Transcript. * Start with following a few breaths * See if you can find a bit of softness in your heart. * Perhaps some compassion with yourself…? * Perhaps some self-love…? * If someone left your life, or left a certain intimate relationship with you, then at least you will still be there for yourself, always. * So let your attention find that centre of your chest where the energetic heart-centre is located. Let yourself rest there. The heart does have a capability of healing by itself. * Just like when you have wound on your leg the skin will heal, so will your heart heal. It just needs some time. And your loving attention will surely help. * In the meantime you might have all kinds of thoughts about your situation. Maybe you’re afraid you’ll never find someone as nice as this person who left your life. Maybe you have anger inside you. Maybe you don’t understand how this could have happened. Just watch all of it. We’re not here to push anything away. We’re here to see and allow. Give it space. * How are you? Ask yourself. * And maybe you can find a glimpse of faith that things might get better. * We are complex beings. We have thoughts, and then next, we think the opposite. We have all kind of feelings, some feelings we like, some feelings we don’t like. And yes, we can try to solve our things out. And even though there are so many ambiguities inside us, we also try to create clarity. Especially in a time like this. It can feel like a storm inside ourselves and the winds blowing different directions every minute. And all we can do in taking our best care of our heart, is to just let ourselves be human, be who we are, be there for ourselves. * Give ourselves the warmth that we lack from others, as best as we can. * And then appreciate ourselves for that effort, as best as we can. * Breathe deeply into your heart. Breathe out fully. Keep breathing, every breath a nourishment for your heart. * ‘Thank you’, your heart might say back to you. Or ‘Thank you,’ you might say back to your heart, ‘thank you for being my heart.’ * You are the care-taker of your heart and I’m sure that you are doing the best job you can, and that is wonderful. That is good enough. * Then when you’re ready, remember the room that you’re sitting in. Just know that you can always return with your attention to your heart and give your heart whatever nourishment you feel like giving in that moment. * Then when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes again.

Crying is good for you! If you somehow feel wrong, ashamed or have other difficulties with being able to cry, this video on why crying is good for the soul is for you!
How to cry and let it all out?
Personally, I cry almost every day. Why would crying be so different from laughing? Why don’t we let ourselves equally express sadness as joy?
Crying, in our society, is associated with a negative self-image. As if you’re doing something wrong, being weak, and it makes you vulnerable to judgment from others.
Maybe your parents have told you that you shouldn’t cry because they felt it was just exaggeration, or bothering them. Or maybe you learned in school to feel unsafe about crying since you could get bullied for it.
Why do you feel bad about crying and allowing yourself to feel emotions?
Let’s address the most common reasons for not allowing ourselves to cry.
1. The idea that we’re exaggerating
The idea that we’re making a too big deal out of nothing has come from the outside, from others who didn’t fully understand why we were crying.
There is always a valid reason for crying, even if you are not consciously aware of that reason. There’s something unresolved inside you that’s hurting.
Maybe you’re stressed, sad, or grieving something.
Consider something small like being unable to catch a train. If that makes you want to cry, you could think that you’re exaggerating. But underneath that, there is something bigger. Maybe you have been stressed for a long time. Maybe you were going to a meeting that was very important to you.
2. Crying is scary because it makes us vulnerable
The fear can even be for imaginary others. You might be alone, feeling a need to cry, but thinking about how other would judge that.
Allow yourself step by step to cry more often in the presence of others. Get comfortable with that. The reason I’m encouraging you is because people will usually react sweetly to it.
Often is strengthens your connection with others when you can let yourself cry in their presence. They get to see more of you, a side they haven’t seen much before. It makes you bond with them more special. Probably just start with a safe-feeling friend or family member, and see how you like it!
Paradoxically, allowing yourself to be vulnerable will make you feel less vulnerable because you can be more relaxed around others as you feel safer when you can be you.
3. Judging yourself as weak
Why crying makes you feel stronger:
The idea that you’re weak for crying and allowing yourself to feel is absolutely wrong. Because allowing yourself to cry actually takes a lot of courage. We live in a society where crying is stigmatized in a very negative way. So daring to cry is the hero in you coming out!
And you're even fighting for more than just yourself, you are making a case for all humans to be allowed to be their emotional selves!
Furthermore, looking into your shadows is not necessarily easy.
So when you cry, be proud of it!
4. "If you cry, you’re a burden"
Understandably so, you might feel like a burden. Most people are not able to deal with others who are crying, it makes THEM feel uncomfortable.
It might make them feel as if they need to solve your problem for you. Probably more so because they don’t want to feel uneasy themselves.
Usually, the problem isn’t easily solved though. You’re in some muddy messiness without an easy way out. The only thing they can do for you is to be there for you by just being there with you. Holding the space for you. This is what you could ask others who don’t know how to go about you crying.
Another issue is people who feel like negativity rubs off and they don’t want to absorb your negativity. The sensitive people among us might, however, agree with me that the heaviness (that was already present and sensible in your energy field before you expressed it) actually becomes lighter the moment you express it and give it air.
This can come to the point where you someone can actually feel comfortable and light about holding the space for you while your crying.
A last note to encourage you to let yourself cry more:
It’s so beautiful to allow yourself the fullness of the whole emotional spectrum of life.
Why crying makes you feel better?
Crying has a cathartic/purging effect, the brain chemistry of crying shows that actually it reduces stress and increases a good mood.
You can even feel happy while crying and sad because of allowing yourself to be you, flow with life, and experience the fullness of life.
So...
So this was my case on why crying is good. Crying is good for you. I wish you beautiful cryings! 😉

Are you struggling with a tough day? Please don’t start blaming yourself for it. This is just another day. To remind you to see this day in perspective and be kind to yourself, I made an affirmation song.
Listen to the affirmation song here: https://youtu.be/UtHsvkSLG1Q
Looking for a short explanation behind this affirmation song? https://youtu.be/mTPEAKjtGjA
*****
How we can be so harsh to ourselves! Thinking that we should have gotten more done today. Thinking that we should have felt happier today. Thinking that we should have should have done better, been better…
“It’s Okay it’s Just a Day” is a sweet and soft affirmation that came to me when I had such a self-critical day. I hope it will help you likewise.
We don’t need to achieve at our max every day. We’re humans, not machines!
And we don’t nearly give ourselves enough credits and acknowledgements for the things that we do succeed with and the difficulty of the challenges that we face.
I love you. You’re good enough.
And tomorrow might be better. And if it isn’t, then that’s just a day as well. And maybe the day after tomorrow will feel better. Look at the small steps that you did take today. And cherish a bit of hope and optimism for the future.
There are no expectations you have to live up to. You are free.

Life can feel a lot like you are running around. It’s nice to have a break sometimes. To feel and reflect. This guided meditation invites you to focus on your heart space. It allows you the space to feel deeply into your inner world.
* During this meditation I’ll give you some guidance, but not too much so that you can go well and deep. This makes it a little more advanced meditation, although everyone is always welcome to try of course. It requires that you catch yourself whenever your mind starts to wonder and return your focus. Some discipline. But remember, do this in a compassionate way. * Feeling deeply into yourself can give you a lot of satisfaction. Let's start.
*Close your eyes. *For a moment drop your awareness in your heart space. Just bring your attention to your heart centre and linger there. *Our lives are often so hectic that we don’t really have time to actually feel what all those happenings do to our hearts. *In this meditation I want to invite you to start feeling your own heart. Whatever is inside there and give it space. To really be felt! So that whatever hasn’t been felt before, what hasn’t been processed can now come to the surface. *What are you feeling? .......... It doesn’t need to be anything specific. It’s just whatever wants to come up right now. So no need to judge it, although you are off course welcome to judge it. If that's what you are feeling ;-)! *Whenever you get lost in thinking, ask yourself: ’How is that making me feel’? *………………………..(silence) *Notice your breathing again. Wiggle your fingers. Remember what you are going to see when you open your eyes in some moments. Breath in deeply, breathe out fully. Keep breathing. When you are ready, open your eyes again.
I hope you also felt this gratification that it brings when you really take time to actually feel a feeling. Did you?
If you’d like to meditate more with me, I’m offering you a free meditation album on my website. Download the album here: https://inevitablebliss.com/meditation
Wishing you a very good day and a wonderful life in general.

This guided meditation helps to create clarity. It gives space within to allow what you are feeling and connect with your heart. Set an intention with me and gain clarity on what’s important for you right now and feel what is alive in your heart. Join this quick and insightful meditation: https://youtu.be/0gO749KblEA
Follow my voice and the gong.
Close our eyes. Take a few deep breaths. Feel your body for a moment.
When you are ready, move your attention to your feelings. What emotions are you experiencing? What’s going on inside of you?
You don’t need to hold on to any of it, just see it and that’s all.
Take this as a moment to check-in with yourself. Asking yourself: How am I doing? Whatever you are encountering in yourself just receive it.
You don't need to hold on. You don’t need to fix. You don’t need to avoid anything. You can be just there. Feeling.
This might create a sense of clarity within yourself. Because at least now, you allow yourself to be aware of what’s living inside of you.
It's time to end this meditation. Take a few more deep breaths. Slowly bring yourself back to where you are seated. When you are ready, open your eyes again.
If you’d like to meditate more with me, I’m offering you a free meditation album on my website. Download the album here: https://inevitablebliss.com/meditation
