slugs dont have genders,so scugs would also not have genders,and slugs can reproduce asexually which means,if you leave a scug in in a safe enviroment and come back a year later you will have lots more scugs.i think it would be neat if after a while you could lay an egg,low chance,lower chance for fertilization and raise and defend the egg and have a very tiny mini scug that you will defend forever
