If I ever have a kid, which isn't likely, but if I ever do, I want to name them Roxy or Roxas. That way, if they turned out to be trans or just gender fluid, then they could still have a name I gave them. I support my metaphorical children.

(I could also choose a gender neutral name too, but I haven't seen any yet that I vibe to that hasn't already been used in my family.)

I wanted to switch Lars (Lovebrush Chronicles) with someone from twist. I love Lars. He became my favorite pretty quickly and his flamingo outfit reminded me of Heartslaybul.

Btw, I would never sort Lars into Heartslaybul. He's too free spirited for that dorm. He's more of a Pomefiore or Octavinelle type of guy.

I put Kalim in Kaveh's outfit from that one promotion. Kaveh's color scheme in general fits Kalim very well.

Jade and Floyd Info Compilation part 20: Floyd, Dancing and Basketball

Floyd is on the basketball team because he “was in the mood for basketball when it was club sign-up time,” and he says if he was able to choose again he might go for the Pop Music Club.

But when Kalim invites him to join the Pop Music Club Floyd turns him down, saying he hates being told what to do and he is enjoying exercise more at the moment.

Floyd will skip basketball practices when he isn’t in the mood for it and the team captain sends him away when the team is assigned to build a stage in the gym for the culture fair.

Floyd seems extremely adept at basketball, playing against three other students simultaneously in a vignette and winning even after he handicaps himself by playing with his non-dominant hand.

He impresses both Ace and Jamil with how high he is able to jump and Ace asks him to join his team for a practice game.

When the game begins, however, Floyd abruptly loses interest. Jamil observes, “He’d be a lock for the starting lineup…if it weren’t for those mood swings.”

Ace explains, “Just when you think he’s playing and having a blast, next think you know, he’s totally over it and turns into dead weight on the court.”

Floyd will also occasionally decide to play dodgeball instead, hurling basketballs at Ace during his first week in the club. Floyd says he has never played an entire game of basketball start to finish because he always fouls out.

Floyd enjoys dance, saying that it was tough to learn how to do so on land, at first. We see him share a dance with Jade during Spectral Soiree’s Halloween party (Jade tells him “As long as you’re enjoying yourself,” so he may not enjoy dance as much as Floyd), where he calls Jack a lousy dancer.

Floyd says he didn’t sign up to audition for the VDC because he hadn’t been in the mood at the time.

He dances with Kalim and Jamil at the end of Book 4 and gets Jamil to teach him how to breakdance in a vignette where they are supposed to be practicing basketball.

In a vignette where Kalim asks Floyd to play the drums in a performance at Scarabia he gets bored during the show, throws his drumsticks and begins to dance instead.

Azul shows up uninvited specifically to help Jamil with explaining the situation to the headmage, having foreseen the inevitable outcome.

Last year, I did a cool Chrismas theme where I made several tarot cards and had people pull from the deck I made. Solved the issue of trying to figure out what to make for others.

It worked out mostly because a lot of people I know like that sort of thing. I have several members of my family and friends who do tarot readings or at least know of it.

Oddly enough, the favorite I made was the tower card. No one picked it, but I somehow lost it after everyone got to pick. Which was strange. I still don't know where it could've went.

You'll be proud to know that I did indeed sleep at the time of posting this! Sort of. It wasn't a very long one, but I did do it!

I haven't eaten yet, though. Thank you for reminding me.

SHE'S DONE! after a thousand years, she's finally done! ...or at least I'm done with her! (tumblr please don't absolutely destroy my gifs, I am begging you)

now you know the real reason I haven't been obsessively drawing Meleanor, which is that I was in fact obsessively drawing Meleanor but in secret. plus a little background just for fun!

I am. not super happy with her rig; parts of her proved way more difficult than I expected and I very quickly hit the point of "okay, this is a silly fan project and not something that I'm being paid for or has to be really functional, time to MANUALLY KEY ALL THE VERTICES FOREVER". I think the end result came out pretty okay though! just...don't look too close. :')

I recorded some the drawing part, so I might put that up later! in the meantime I am going to make her do stupid poses for my own enjoyment!
