Sorry for such a strange post.

I don't know why but this comment struck me a bit hard, which is silly. It's just a comment some stranger left on a fanfiction. But also its more than that for me. It was and has been a way for me to express myself in a way that felt comforting.

Again it's probably silly, and no one is probably going to see this but I felt like it was important to get this feeling off my chest in the only way I really can.

I don't know how the poster of this comment intended for this to be taken but I do feel a bit sad because they read all 44 chapters, all 80 thousand-something words that I have worked so hard on and felt it was the equivalent to staring at a blank wall..

Please think before you comment on other people's works, you don't know what feelings are attached to it, nor do you know the person on the other side of the screen.

So when I was working on the most recent chapter, I was struggling to decide the kind of gift the reader would receive because I wanted it to fall into canon!

So of course I did research, research, and more research. Luckily I had the Tears of the Kingdom art book that came with the special edition Tears of the Kingdom game I purchased back when it came out! And what do you know, green stones that are wearable do technically exist in the Zelda universe!!

I forgot to make a post about it, but my fanfic has now reached the minimum word requirement to be considered a novel!

I'm pretty excited about it, and I do recommend giving it a read! Although I do NOT have a beta reader, unfortunately , there is definitely room for improvement!

Someone commented on my fanfic saying I used Sudowrite on it?

I literally had to google it cause I had never heard of it. Plus it looks like you have to pay for it, and I'm flat broke. Flies live in my wallet..

They had said that it was "blaringly obvious" even though these posts come from a two year old google doc. I went ahead and deleted it ofc but yeah, that was fun to wake up to.
