I see what you mean. This is obviously just a theory but I feel like it had something to do with Thue Rasmussen not being able to play Eskel which he was originally cast for. Please correct me if I’m wrong on this. It just feels like they actually had more planned with Eskel (not killing him off in the very episode he’s introduced in), like having him help with Ciri’s training alongside Lambert, but when Thue quit they quickly switched it up and went with the best thing they could think of at the time but idk

@selectivegeekwithstandards absolutely agree! I just thought it was funny that I ‘predicted’ they’d do something like that almost 2 years ago. And I’m kinda sad that we didn’t get happy and kind eskel because that’s what he deserves (see tags)

And sure, the first few times he sung it there was a lot of venom in his voice, but it’s simmered down and turned into venom with longing laced throughout.

Announcing Geralt Fluff Week!

The original post sadly didn’t make it into the tags, that’s why we are posting again. So everyone who wants to participate has the chance to do so.

This will be a multi-ship event to give Geralt all the love he clearly needs.

It’s going to take place from August 1st-7th 2020.
