The roomies and I played a bit of Samurai Gunn, a recently released indie PC game. It is an 8-bit fighting game that plays like Super Meat Boy meets Bushido Blade. We loved everything about the game. So. Much. Fun.

Unfortunately, many users have been anything but, as a ruckus broke out on Comcept’s Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter backer page yesterday over the hiring of a new community manager.
This new community manager, Dina, presented a piece of fan-art which she made for the upcoming spiritual successor to the beloved Mega Man series, whereby she announced her presence to the community. This alone would not have been enough to raise anyone’s ire, but her artwork depicted the main character as a woman, which was apparently a grave sin for at least some very vocal fans of Mega Man. “After all, it’s Mega Man, not MegaWoman!”
Sigh...this is why we can't have nice things. Clearly these people haven't ever heard of rule 34 either. I double checked...yup, MegaMan as a female naked. Also, people need to realize this isn't MegaMan... At least she didn't just throw a pink bow on his head and say "Ms. Mighty No. 9"

Here I am. I've caved and made this. You win.
A bit about me. I have a beard. I'm a bisexual feminist gamer guy with a wonderful boyfriend. I run a couple of YouTube channels: One with lots of gaming videos, the other with vlogs and silly stuff.
I'm also editor in chief of Tomodom, an up and coming video game website dedicated to featuring a diverse team of writers, with many writers being LGBT, feminists, allies and other cool people.
Anywho, I guess I'll try to fit in with the cool kids here. I made this after seeing a picture of myself linked on Fake Nerd Guys.
