Thinkin about some mpreg scenarios:

A the lead rockstar/musician in a band canceling part of their tour because they're just too pregnant to keep up with the tour's... everything. They can't properly hold their instrument, they can't stand on stange for the full set, and during their final couple shows they thought they were feeling contractions far earlier than they were supposed to. Furthermore they're not a very... public person, so their fans are deeply confused on why the tour stopped so suddenly and are scraping together evidence to trying and prove whats going on. In spite of everything, while the tour is on hold they try very hard NOT to stress about the fans because they've got a baby to prepare for and deal with.

(Bonus points if their partner is also in the band)

A role reversal where the formerly breadwinning husband is now the one stuck at home, far too pregnant to work, and his "only worked for fun" wife is now proudly supporting their family in her new well paying job. It's tough at first, the husband is bored and antsy but his wife encourages him to pick up some hobbies and enjoy himself, life isn't all about work, and at first he just does remote work for awhile. His wife also promises that if he hates an unemployed life they can go back to the way things were but over time they both get quite cozy in their arrangement. As soon as their first kid is born they're planning when they're going to have their next one... or two.

Just a super fluffy preg swap scenario where a husband sees his partner's incredibly hard pregancy and says he would take over that burden for them because he loves them so much and he DOES. He's in over his head but he's trying his best and his partner is also super supportive. They're excited to start a family.
