Sleepy Time Dream Spell and Ritual - To promote restful sleep and enhance your dream recall ✨ Start by making yourself a pot of chamomile and mugwort tea. I love to sip on my night time drinks when comfy cosy in bed, or create a lovely space to sip on your tea before going to bed. You can also diffuse some sleepy essential oils for 15 - 20 minutes before hopping into bed to help get your ready for sleep. Example: 3 drops each of Rose, Ylang Ylang and Sandalwood this blend can be used in 50 ml of rose or orange blossom water and lightly sprayed over your bed. Another cleansing ritual to do is a simple clearing visualisation where golden light moves through your space removing any stagnant and unwanted energy. Setting your intention before going to sleep - You can create an affirmation such as - I will wake up feeling refreshed, remembering my dreams with clarity.

We have Full Moon in Capricorn on the 22nd 11.07 AEST -

One day after the Winter Solsctice.

The Full Moon only coincides with the solstice about once every 19 or 20 years!

The Full Moon of great achievements - I love the sound of that and what I am naming it!

Capricorn being an Earth sign assists with keeping you grounded and connected firmly in your goals and ambitions.

This is the first Full Moon in Cappy, the day after the Winter Solstice the shortest day of the year! I'll share more about this in another post.

You may feel a strong desire to be active in seeking justice in this world...I feel this consistently these days!

This is a time where you may feel doubt - trust yourself and your abilities, be clear with your values to achieve your desired goals, not just in this moment, long term.
