Started the second cycle of emdr today, the first one was 2 years ago and I was ricovered for 8days where I had emdr every day.

Now once per week.

Im devasteded, I had a switch ( I got D.I.D.), and dont now how I can survive today...

Im hurt, got pain everywhere.

Revive all that is a nightmare.
