Just gonna interject! Are you using the mirror modifier for the arms and or legs? You may have accidently deleted the modifier(s) which would obviously get rid of the arms and or legs!
Not really, I plan to remove the right arm and leg and duplicate them when I'm done with the texture. The mirror modifier doesn't work well for me
