Today I am featuring special guest Rudy Reynon II aka. Ru (ARE YOU) for my OOTD series . A music producer/martial artistist/tricker/dancer from Sacramento , he obviously has nothing better to do with his time than come hang out and shoot a couple OOTD photos with me.  

With a wide artistic range , it's no surprise that this renaissance man also has a sense of style to match his other talents . I love streetwear with it's blend of hip hop and skate culture and no one does it better than this guy .

My Man Skyblu has a summer Vegas residency ! Body English and Rehab Day Club will be our new summer home .  Which means I'll be performing there through summer ! 

I love the feeling of performing in Vegas , the crowd is always out to have a ridiculous and crazy time . Its almost a requirement . 

Oh and thats me in the red hat .

Gray is my absolute favorite color for clothing . All different shades . And of all the clothing articles that I like gray , my favorite is a grey crew neck . From expensive materials to cheap finds . I love them all . Also my favorite thing to dance in .

After all the hype and all the talk . I finally decided to visit California's most recent claim to musical fame . 

After I journeyed to the magical kingdom of sandstorm warnings and dehydration , walked the mile of dirt filled fenced up prison march , and crossed the river of beach blanket and towels I finally reached the Mecca of of Hippies Hipsters and vintage throwback Hip replacements

and ...

it was awesome !

The People

Such an amazing collection people from all over the world at this event and I had to capture it . Some were dressed funny , some were dressed well , some were dressed barely

The Festival

I've performed at many festivals before but this is the very first time I've experienced being in the crowd, wandering around the grounds all day and running from stage to stage to catch artists . Theres nothing like performing in front of a festival crowd . And now I know that there's also nothing like being in one either .

Some songs make you think of crazy concepts or choreography . Or some songs gives you crazy emotional and sentimental connection that you want to bring out with your body . AND THEN there are songs that just makes you want to get up and dance . This was one of those that choreographing to it just didn't feel right.  

I asked the homie JD to get down with me . He's one of the most natural freestyle dancers there is and I'm honored that he agreed to do this with me . Enjoy and Share !
