Shit Teachers Do #1

So we're making music videos for spanish

it's part of our final project. 

Our teacher tells us all, very specifically, that we are to strictly adhere to school guidelines on attire. 

"Girls, no bikinis or tank tops, hokay? Guys, no essagging, and alwaysa keep da shirts on" (in thick spanish accent)

she shows us a video from the senior class a few years ago. 

the video was made by a group of senior guys who were, to say the least, very attractive men who are still swooned over by women to this day.

the song was about love and good times.

The boys made it into a pool party where they were shirtless half the time

I look up at my teacher, expecting her to pause it and say something like "This is an example of a group that did not follow the clothing restrictions"

Instead I catch her wide-eyed, staring at the screen with great intent.

and when it ended, all of us awkwardly sitting there after watching a music video of shirtless guys lip-singing horribly and out of sync, our teacher goes:

"That was one of my favorite music videos from all of my classes. These boys were excellent and they got perfect grades because they followed all the rules. Gosh i really miss these boys"
