At this point there is no where we can publish our work/fanart/pictures or anything without it becoming feeding material to AI

First instagram said that they want to use our pictures to train AI

Then we had deviantart and AI-art generator thing

After that photoshop and then other apps

I was wondering why the options to agree with ao3's policy were different (it used to be just agreeing with policy but now you have to say that you agree that your data should be processedby us stuff or something) turns out they too want to feed our stuff to AI

I will not be surprised if the entire thing with the guy "who couldn't sue because he agreed to Disney channel policy " repeat itself.

At this point, the only place one can hopefully safely publish their work without it being consumed by AI is dark web :(

But still do your best in fighting back, poison your art, request takedown anything that helps.

Trying new things

Something that bothered me again a while ago is that my father gifted my sister a gaming laptop on her birthday "he literally said it was a gift" but later on when she realised that she doesn't really use it that much she gave it to me. So everything was fine the first few days but then I realised that the laptop was property of my father's workplace and thus none of us legally own it. I find it stupid to gift someone something that you don't own.
