Okay, I'm probably giving people whiplash, but given how impatient I am, I think taking a break from one story to write another might make me rush things and ruin the story unintentionally.

I think posting one or two good chapters a year is better than twenty bad ones.

Stories on Hiatus!

Hey guys, due to an extensive list of stories, and the fact that I can only produce one or two chapters a year because of the quantity, I'm forced to put three of my stories on hiatus so I can focus on and finish some of my backlog. The three stories put on hiatus are Chemical Reaction (Black Clover), Heartstrings (Pokemon) and one that has yet to be released (The Dragon Prince.)

Don't lament though, I will not be quitting them outright, I just want to focus on getting more chapters out on the other two, perhaps even finish one of them, before I return Heartstrings and the other to the table.

Keep an eye out for updates, as the title will lose the Hiatus notice, and this note will be replaced with a brand new chapter once I return.

Time for me to tell you guys what pets my OCs and F/Os would have! For the sake of my sanity, assume all these take place in a modern setting, rather than their chosen universe, where they could realistically have these pets and be less commonplace.

Orochimaru

Orochimaru's pet of choice would be a white snake (shocker,) as someone who also has a pet snake, I can safely say he has everything needed to carefully care for such a strange, but fascinating creature. I even imagine he'd speak with it, likely as an outlet for his thoughts.

Kaede is 100% a horse girl, she adores animals that are free spirits, and given wild horses can run free and live in the moment, she would love them unconditionally. Her horse would likely be given free roam of a field, so she can watch it gallop to its heart's content. (Within reason, of course.) She can ride the horse, but rarely does as it kind of defeats the reason she loves them in the first place.

Lotor

Lotor has a cat already, so in a modern setting, he'd still have a cat, likely a grumpy old grey cat with an attitude problem, but a perpetual need for cuddles from those it trusts. He often has to work around the cat in his lap.

Ziera would also have a cat, though her's would be far more energetic and resemble a Ragdoll cat, since those are larger and more wild in appearance. I imagine she's had to save a few potted plants from an early grave by catching them when the cat climbs her plant shelf.

Mereoleona

Mereoleona also has a cat, but more importantly an exotic cat that may or may not be legal for her to have. Since in a modern setting, she'd likely live in the woods within a cabin, I imagine that any of the wildlife there would likely be considered part of her pride. But the cats are the ones she lets into her home, so long as they know not to mess with her or her things.

Lucia would likely own a rat as a pet, surprisingly enough. She is an elegant woman who doesn't want a loud pet, so getting a white rat would be just up her alley. It's a quiet little critter that would spend its days nibbling on seeds and silently enjoying its little enclosure while she does what needs to be done. Don't tell her how cute it is when she gives it attention though, you may be punched for it.

Piers

Since Pokemon don't exist in a modern setting, I imagine his pet would be a large black and white malamute with a tendency to 'sing' and get up to mischief. This poor man is dragged everywhere during walks, and is perpetually exhausted as a result.

Thorn would have two bearded dragons from the same litter. One would be gentle and enjoy attention, while the other would bob its head and wreak havoc if removed from its vivarium. However, both would be very much loved.

Aaravos

Aaravos would have caterpillars, he'd raise them in well-maintained environments, then release them when they become butterflies. He tends to carry a lot of vegetation in his pantry tailored for their growth, so expect some irritation if you accidentally munch on some pre-assigned lettuce.

Nymera would have a cat and a gecko, since in her original story, she had a cat that passed away from old age. However, many years later, she'd raise a gecko, finding them to be such fascinating creatures. You'd think this would be a problem, given Aaravos' preferred pet, but they keep the two VERY separate, having one enclosure in the bedroom, and the other in the living room to ensure neither side meets.

Vax'ildan

Vax would have a bird, more specifically a crow he'd rescued and rehabilitated to good health. Of course he'd try to release it back into the wild, but now it just appears daily for food and attention. It's less of a pet and more of a friend at this point, but still, its a constant in his life.

Ryah doesn't really keep any pets, but has a fascination for snakes, she finds their mannerisms interesting and will often observe them in zoos as a result. Vax is considering getting her one as a pet, though he wants to make sure she's fine with it first, he plans to bring it up around her next birthday.

would your f/o be more of a cat person or a dog person? or maybe they'd be the type to answer "both!" or "neither," and say a totally different pet?

My OCs, a Brief Description

I realized I talk about my OCs and how they interact with their F/Os quite often, but I've never taken the time to give you guys a brief description of their characters and backstories.

Let's rectify that, shall we?

Mari Kaede

Mari Kaede is a former Sunagakure jounin with almost prodigal skills in both Katon and Futon Jutsu. However, she was kidnapped and experimented on by Orochimaru to the point where here genetics are completely messed up. Now her body will burst into flames when her emotions go out of control, and water can kill her if she is exposed to it.

Kaede is a boisterous woman with a crass vocabulary and a knack for pushing the buttons of those around her. Despite that, she is fiercely loyal and will put her life on the line for those she considers friends or family. She is constantly teetering on the verge of insanity due to her traumatic past, and will bounce from villainous to heroic tendencies often as a result.

She is Orochimaru's love interest. (Enemies to Friends to Lovers.)

Ziera

Ziera's backstory is shrouded in mystery, so I will explain her more recent backstory instead.

She awoke on the planet of Olkarion after crash-landing in a Galra escape pod. As a result of oxygen starvation and the violent landing, she has no memories of her former life but hopes to someday reclaim her forgotten past. She learns she is the last of her kind, and upon meeting Lotor for the first time, she comes to realize they met in her previous life. Now alongside her last goal, she must navigate her former feelings for the Galra prince and figure out if she can love him again, all while helping him turn the empire towards a future filled with peace and companionship.

Ziera is a sweet woman with a bit of a wild streak. She adores all forms of engineering and wishes to create a spaceship from scratch to call her own. However, behind that sunshine she always carries, there's a deep seed of anxiety over who she was and just what her former self did to end up crash-landing on another planet.

Her love interest is Lotor. (Lovers to Strangers, to Friends to, Lovers again.)

Lucia Flurris

Lucia is the eldest child of Wintre and Gracia Flurris, a lesser-noble family in the city of Raquey known for their use of Dry-Ice magic. Unlike her peers, she had no intention of becoming a Magic Knight... until she neared her eighteenth birthday when her twin siblings, Hailian and Hailia Flurris, were born. She vowed then to become a strong knight to protect not only her beloved brother and sister but all of the children in the Clover Kingdom. However, Dry-Ice Magic is a volatile form of magical power, and as a result, only her father was able to truly master it, meaning Lucia had to work twice as hard as any other noble to prove herself worthy of her goals and ideals. This is how she met Mereoleona, who saw potential in the Ice Queen's power and took her on as a student during many training excursions.

Lucia is a cold, aloof woman with tsundere tendencies. She is very closed-off and reserved to those around her, and it can take years for her to really connect with other people. While she seems heartless to those outside her family, anyone close to her will tell you that deep down, she is a kind and gentle woman who adores her siblings and can make any child smile with her reassuring words and pretty ice shard displays.

She is Mereoleona's love interest. (Strangers to Friends to Lovers.)

Ivy Thornbury (Thorn)

Thorn is a young woman from a prestigious family in Wyndon. However, when she learned that her calling was not to follow her father's footsteps and take over his Pokeball manufacturing company, but to become a famous Punk Rock musician, she was ostricized and ridiculed to the point where she escaped to Spikemuth at eighteen and never looked back. That's when she meets two tiny Toxels who were being abused, and despite their hatred for humans, treats them like family until they decide they can trust her and do the same. She lives on the streets for many many months, but thanks to a famous Spikemuth musician named Piers taking an interest in her musical talents, she's able to scrape up enough to rent a terrible flat in her favourite city. Of course, her true dream is to join the Gym Challenge and earn enough of a name for herself that she can create a new type of concert and battle event, called Sound Battles.

Thorn is a wild woman with far too much energy and the inability to feel embarrassment at her own actions. She will randomly play an air guitar in the middle of a broadcasted battle, for example. She adores music and Pokemon to a fault, and will often forgo feeding herself to feed her Toxels or buy new equipment she can use to up her skills.

Nymera Morianys

Nymera is a Halfling, a part elf/part human hybrid whose appearance is forever marred by the elf markings covering her left side. Note that Halfling is merely the title, as she only has a very small percentage of elven DNA flowing through her, but that isn't enough to stop other humans from looking down on her, and other elves from finding her existence a curse. She was mute from birth and has suffered a lonely life as everyone who ever knew her abandoned her at some point in her life. That is until she's tasked with uncovering the secrets of a strange mirror, where she meets an elf unlike any she'd ever seen. Thanks to this elf she learns is named Aaravos, she not only finds her true calling, to become the first Halfling Archmage in Xadia; but also a true sense of belonging in his heart.

Nymera is a quiet, respectful woman whose only real anger is shown when she is beaten down again, and again, and again without any time to recollect herself. She adores magic with a passion and will forego eating just to sink herself into another tome or practice a spell she has been planning for weeks. She craves acceptance from those around her and is easily manipulated as a result, but despite all that she can be fiercely loyal to those who actually accept her.

Kadorya Lhyne

Kado and Lhynn

Pronounced (Kah-Door-Ree-Ah, Lin.)

Ryah is a Fey Changeling whose past is shrouded in mystery, despite having a true form, she prefers to take the shape of a woman named Lhynn or a man named Kado. Only her real friends have ever seen her without these personas. Her true self is actually a creature known as a Tyrant, one of the eight that roam the lands looking for others of their kind to kill and consume the patron. It is unclear why they do this, but Ryah has made it her mission to hunt them down and take the piece of their shared patron's soul so as not to let anyone else die at their hands. She became acquainted with Vox Machina when she realized she couldn't take down a Tyrant alone without aid from her patron, which she refused to accept. She hired them to act as her support during the battle, though, at the time, they were not aware of what they were fighting, and after a heated battle that resulted in Pike's death and revival, then a rescue on her part, she joined them officially with the hope that if they crossed paths with the other Tyrants, they would be willing to help her out once again. She never expected to find a family within this group, and every day she thanks the Everlight that they met.

She has three personalities, originally they were created to act as decoys so that others couldn't see the real her or associate her disguises with her true self. However, as the years passed, she grew so used to the separation of these personalities that she automatically switched without any control over it.

Ryah is a shy woman who's a little sheepish and awkward at the best of times. However, when she is feeling particularly flirty, or brave, she becomes a more confident and even playful person who can crack jokes and party as well as Grog can. This form shares traits with both Kado and Lhynn as this is the real her.

Lhynn is a smug woman with an air of nobility around her, despite being a common thief. Despite her slim and agile frame, she can drink on par with Grog on nights out, though she tends to only do so once Kado has already accepted the challenge. Usually, she and Percy will watch from the sidelines with a glass of wine each.

Kado is the wilder, flirty, side of the three forms and is a strong tank with good defences. He loves a good bar brawl and will happily help his team beat whoever they're fighting without so much as a question about who started it. Unlike Lhynn and Ryah, he cannot handle his alcohol well and will switch to Lhynn to ensure victory.

All three forms have a deep love for baking and fight with dual-wielded short-swords. All three treat the other forms as separate entities, even after Ryah feels comfortable enough to remain in her true form when in the presence of Vox Machina alone.

Kadorya Lhyne is Vax'ildan's love interest. (Friends to Lovers.)

And there you have it, a brief overview of my characters and their basic details! Kadorya is the least developed of the group, as her story will not start until The Legend of Vox Machina comes to an end, so expect some things to change going forward.

The rest are pretty much cemented though, so enjoy learning more about them!

"I'm pregnant!" Canon X Reader Imagines.

While implied that the reader can get pregnant, the reader of this will be gender neutral so the imagines remain inclusive. I hope you enjoy!

DISCLAIMER: ALL CHARACTERS, INCLUDING THE READER, ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18!

How would my F/Os react if the reader revealed they're pregnant?

Orochimaru

He likely knew before you even did. He has a keen knowledge on the human body and is able to accurately pinpoint all the symptoms. A quick examination from Kabuto later and two Chakra signatures can be detected.

You're pregnant.

Honestly, he's pretty chill about it, he's neither elated or enraged, he merely addresses the situation as a fact of life, and begins the preparations for a newborn within his ranks. However, once you start showing, he will become a hell of a lot tad more protective.

Lotor

This poor man is terrified! He doesn't have the best memories of his own father and will likely fear his child would start to view him the same way. You'll need to sit him down, hold his hands, and reassure him that he will be an amazing father.

Once that child is born, he wakes up in the middle of the night to tend to the baby, and sometimes, if you listen hard enough, you might hear him softly speaking to his child, grateful for their very existence.

Mereoleona

Okay, so Mereoleona is the densest when it comes to you being pregnant. She won't notice or will think you're merely exhausted from her extensive training.

When you finally convince her you're not just sick, but are carrying her child, she becomes a proud lioness who can't wait to meet the newest member of her pride. Though I imagine you'll have to remind her you're pregnant more than once to ensure she doesn't drag you on dangerous training excursions.

Once the baby is born, most would expect her to want to train them practically immediately. But to everyone's surprise, she is the gentlest Mama in the world. In fact, if anyone offers to train her child when they're too young, she may just kill them. No one trains her child but her, and only when they're old enough to handle it.

Piers

He's shitting himself. He's nineteen, a retired gym leader, and the leader of a gang. He's terrified of what the future holds, or whether he'll be able to step up and be a good Dad to his unborn child.

Plus, he's worried about you, being a trainer can be dangerous, and since you likely go on journeys often, he fears something could happen to you that he won't be around to protect you from. (Eternatus is a prime example, avoid that poisonous reptile for his sanity's sake.)

When that baby is born, he has the best lullabies already written up, and sometimes, even you fall asleep to the sound of his gentle songs. He loves his little family and is glad he got over his fears in the end.

Aaravos

This man is only having children when he chooses to, so don't expect to get pregnant accidentally when in a relationship with him. He has to get over a lot of trauma, and heal wounds he never thought could be healed, before he's willing to consider being a father again.

However, once he thinks he's ready, and you get pregnant, he is the most doting soon-to-be father in this entire list. Expect him to keep you warm, get you all your favourite foods, ensure you sleep well, eat well, and drink well, and gladly take any verbal backlash you give when your hormones are acting up.

The moment he holds his newborn baby in his hands, he knows those nine months of work were worth every second. He will look his child in the eyes and the first words out of his mouth would be "Leola would have loved to meet you."

Will raise this child to know of their older sister and ensure both children are cherished in their own unique ways.

Vax'ildan

Oh the flurry of curse words and utter panic that come from this champion will put sailors to shame. He's bound to the Matron of Ravens, a role that leaves little time for anything outside of his duties! How is he going to be a father on top of all that?!

Regardless of his worries, he will ensure you're safe and might even try to convince his matron to give him time off so he can take you to his sister and brother-in-law's home to ensure you have support while he is away.

No matter what, on the day he receives a magical letter that states you've gone into labour, he's dropping everything to come to see you, matron's punishments be damned! He will arrive lightning quick, and when he holds his baby in his arms, he has this big, dopey grin on his face and tears in his eyes.

Welcome to Vox Machina, little one! You've got so many awesome aunts and uncles just waiting to meet you!

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: TLOVM

This is the last list I'll be making for now, unless you guys want to request specific fandoms for me to rank characters from. If I know what they are, I'll make one.

Anyway, onto the final list, and one of the harder ones to give only five spots to.

1. Vax'ildan

While I'm not the biggest fan of Keyleth x Vax, I can't hate this gif because Vax looks so PERFECT. Honestly, I didn't expect to fall for this half elf the moment I saw him, but when he gave that devilish grin as Grog chopped off a guy's hand, I went "Uh oh." He's got such a wide depth to his character, and I swoon everytime he's on screen.

2. Percival

I'm a huge fan of Percy x Vex, those two are just sass personified and it makes me happy. I expected Percy to be my main crush in TLOVM and while I do harbor a soft spot for him, it's not as intense as my adoration for Vax. I do want him to live a long and happy life with Vex though!

3. Grog

He's an idiot who deserves happiness okay? I think he's hilarious, especially when he interacts with Vax, and to see a bulky idiot lose his mind when he sees his friends in danger, just makes me glad this show exists!

4. Vex'ahlia

I used to dislike her character, I thought she was pompous and stuck up at the start, but honestly, that was VERY short lived when I saw the genuine twin vibes she and Vax gave off. I now think she's funny and awesome and I want her and Percy to live happily together.

5. Pike

I was stuck between her and Scanlan to be perfectly honest. But I can't get past Scanlan's obsession for sex, so she takes the fifth spot. I think she's an awesome character and proves that being small doesn't make you any less mighty! She and Grog have an awesome friendship, and they make me laugh whenever they interact, especially when she scolds him.

Anyway, that's my lists finished! I wonder which characters you all agree with and which ones you disagree with! I personally had a tough time on this specific list, and could have added so many of the characters here, but given it's a top 5 list, it made sense to condense it down to these five.

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: The Dragon Prince

Ohhh, this will be a fun one, and a difficult one, given there are SO MANY CHARACTERS that deserve spots on this list! But hey, that's the fun of this challenge, to figure out which ones I love most.

Note, I will be giving one spot to two characters, but I'll explain why when I get to it.

1. Aaravos

There's no easy way to say this, but I am a f*cking SIMP for this man. I love me an intelligent man with long hair and a low-key evil vibe, and he fits ALL of these requirements. Plus, he has a compelling backstory, which as we know from my Naruto list, is a HUGE factor in whether I like them or not.

I would marry this man if he were real, evil deeds be damned.

2. Runaan and Ethari

Told you I'd explain. Lol.

So the reason this spot goes to these two is because I CANNOT decide which is better. When they're together, they're just the best pairing in the entire fandom, and we've only seen them on screen together for a few episodes. A cold-hearted assassin warming up in front of his strong, but soft blacksmith husband? Peak writing.

3. Leola

Do I even need to explain this one? She's a young autistic child with a kindness rarely seen in anyone these days. She is honestly a gift to the universe and should have been treated as such. The Cosmic Order is the true villain of the TDP franchise.

4. Claudia

I won't lie, I wasn't a fan of her character at first. I found her a little annoying and clingy to those around her. But after seeing her around Aaravos, and how she's matured in the short time since Season 4 began, I have decided she's pretty awesome. I just wish she and Terry didn't break up.

5. Amaya

Strong woman? Check. Can hold her own in a fight? Check. Lesbian? CHECK. While I personally don't have a crush on her, I am a huge fan of her character, from the moment she appeared on screen and did the exact thing she does in the gif above, to the moment she married Janai, she is just peak female writing!

Plus, its nice to see a strong female character that knows sign language, it makes me want to learn it, to be perfectly honest.

So yeah, there are a bunch more for this fandom, but because I only have five slots, the cheeky extra I gave the 2nd post to is the most you're going to get. What's your take on this list?

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: Pokemon

So while my main fandom for Pokemon is Pokemon SWSH, I will be deviating from that and talking about characters from all of Pokemon, this may include characters from very early in the series, or games.

1. Piers

So yeah, when I found out the Galar region was based on the UK, I was pretty happy, being a British person myself. However, when I saw that the Dark Type gym leader was an angsty young man with a love for music and family, I really fell hard. Especially since he uses a Toxtricity, which is my favourite gen 8 Pokemon.

He's a shy bean who wants his sister to succeed, what's not to love?

2. Koraidon

I just want to feed this big scaly puppy sandwiches and listen to his little trilling okay? He's adorable, and the best of the two legendaries in SV, despite the fact that my main game is Violet. Lol.

3. James

I think he's a unique take on a villainous character. Jesse and Meowth may have been on this list, but I find them a little more annoying. James is a kind, compassionate person who loves his Pokemon, but is still somehow the villain of the series? Honestly, it's always fun when he's on screen, so it doesn't matter how odd it is that he's a bad guy. Lol.

4. Keiran

I love his character arc as a whole, I think he's a very realistic rival who goes from finding battling fun, to stressing about losing, then back to having fun again. He's a walking reminder that the moment you start taking something too seriously in life, it sucks the joy out of it.

Plus, he deserves a hug, how dare they make us lie to him...

5. Arvin

Okay, I hated Arvin at first, given he was quite mean to Koraidon and Miraidon, but after seeing his whole arc, I have to admit I just want him and his best buddy to live their best lives. Never give me a sick dog storyline, this will always happen.

There are so many characters in SV that I adore, since the writing for that game is impeccable, but since this is just my Top 5 list, I can't go into detail there. I hope you all enjoyed this anyway!

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: Black Clover

Aaaand here's the third one in the list of characters! This time I'll focus on Black Clover, an anime I originally didn't give much of a chance, but has blossomed as one of my favourites in history!

1. Mereoleona

Do I even need to explain why? LOOK AT HER! She is strong, smart, compassionate, a hardass, able to kick ass and exudes power beyond even that of the Wizard King! Mereoleona is one of the best female protagonists I've ever seen in media, and it shows by her large fandom!

2. Yami

I just think he's a good mix of funny and awesome, plus his obliviousness to Charlotte's crush is just hilarious to me. He's not your typical hero, and it makes him more interesting than Julius, in my opinion.

3. Fuegoleon

I have nothing but the greatest respect for a man who can stand on an equal footing to the Uncrowned, Undefeated Lioness. He's the complete opposite of her, but somehow makes sense as her sibling. He's a wise character who deserves the admiration his squad gives him.

4. Princia Funnybunny

Okay, I hate her name, but LOVE how cool she is! She is one of the few characters in the franchise to enjoy Mereoleona's overwhelming power, and honestly, she fights on equal footing for the most part. It adds such a great diversity to her character and is a great reminder that the creator of Black Clover knows how to write awesome female characters!

5. Acier Silva

She's just cool, okay? I wish we could have seen her more in the anime/manga, maybe got a full arc retelling her story from her perspective? But still, this character is just another testament to Black Clover's superb character designs!

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: Voltron

The next character list I'll be doing involves Voltron: Legendary Defender, which is a complicated one to say the least, given how royally the writers f*cked up. Still, I'll give it a go!

1. Lotor

If you expected someone else, you clearly haven't been around my blog for long. Lotor is the embodiment of class and leadership! While he has his bad points, mainly manipulating others, he tries his best to do what's right and guide his people in the right direction. He has a lot more to his character than meets the eye, and I LOVE him for it!

2. Shiro

Not going to lie, I would have had a crush on him, had I not found out he was canonically gay. Now I just want him to find happiness and see him as the best leader and mentor for the Paladins! He's a kind character who is willing to see the good in others, and in a series as judgemental as this, he is a breath of fresh air.

3. Ryner

Could not find a gif of her, but she's the leader of the Olkari.

I mainly think she's awesome because my character in my fanfiction sees her as a close friend, and as a result I associate her with that role. But aside from that, I love how she takes on a mentor role to those she sees great potential in, and find her wise and interesting!

4. Keith

Keith wasn't this high on my list originally, but as a character, he had the most growth from episode one to season six! He went from a hotheaded asshole to a compassionate leader and I respect the hell out of him for it.

5. Pidge

She was higher on this list until she practically sentenced Lotor to death to save her father. I get that she was desperate to see him again, but never trust a tyrant to uphold their word. She's still a cool character, but that moment stained her for me, and lowered her from 3rd to 5th.

My Top 5 Favourite Characters: Naruto

Hey guys, I thought it'd be fun to list off my favourite characters for each franchise I write for, and explain why they're my favourites! Let's start with the Naruto franchise, since Orochimaru is always the first one on my list of imagines!

1. Orochimaru

Okay, so you won't believe this, but I originally didn't care for Orochimaru. I found him to be a compelling and interesting villain, but that was it. Until I heard his backstory, then something in my just... flipped. I started seeing more to this villain than just merciless cruelty and it evolved into a genuine love I still feel to this day.

2. Kakashi

My first crush in the Naruto universe. He is so silly and cute it's painful, and the mask doesn't dissuade from that, and makes him even more attractive in my opinion. I popped off when his face was shown, and I will always hold a special place in my heart for this lazy little bean.

3. Hinata

No crushes here, I just think she's an awesome character with a brilliantly compelling romance. She doesn't push to be seen, she doesn't stalk her lover, she merely wants to support him from the shadows, and that is AWESOME to me! Plus, she's powerful, and a lady who can defend herself deserves admiration.

4. Tsunade

She'd be higher on the list if she didn't have strong competition. Like I said, who doesn't love a lady who can kick ass? Tsunade is the embodiment of a strong woman, and it earns her the respect she deserves!

5. Jiraiya

Okay, I actually hated this guy for the longest time, I found him creepy and annoying and really hated when he was on the screen. However, somewhere down the line, I guess I must have started to warm up to him, because when he died I actually cried. I still find his mannerisms creepy, but now I appreciate how pivotal he was in Naruto's growth and appreciate the kindness he carries in his heart.

What are my F/Os favourite and least favourite memories with their lovers? Let's find out.

Spoilers for their stories below, please don't continue if you hate spoilers and plan to read my fanfiction!

Orochimaru

Orochimaru's favourite memory with Kaede is the moment he heard her pledge her loyalty to him, while the memories around that moment were soured by the spies in their wake and the horrific injuries she suffered through, hearing her state that she wanted to remain in Otogakure was a boost to his ego he didn't realize he desired.

His least favourite memory is the moment Kaede collapsed in front of him as she coughed up blood. That was the start of her physical decline and the moment the clock began to tick on her demise. If he didn't act soon, she'd die, and his wavering sanity would follow.

Kaede

Kaede's favourite memory with Orochimaru is the moment she broke down from intense stress and he ordered her to see him in his chambers. She assumed he'd be 'relieving her stress' so she followed, but to her surprise, he laid her head across his chest and simply told her to sleep. No words were exchanged, and no sentiments were shared, but they weren't needed, as Kaede's fears drifted as she fell asleep.

Her worst memory is the moment she tried to kill him while his arms were cursed. She fought tooth and nail to take his life, but even at full power, she couldn't defeat the injured Sannin. It destroyed her mentally, but all these years later, she can only bring herself to regret even trying in the first place.

Lotor

Lotor's favourite memory with Ziera was the moment she confessed her rekindled love for him the night before they headed into the Quintessence field. Having loved and lost her before, he believed his time with her had come to pass, but to get a second chance... he'd be a fool not to take it.

His least favourite memory is the moment he had to shove her into an escape pod so she would survive his father's wrath, something he wasn't sure would happen. He searched Olkarion for her, given it was the neighbouring planet, but found no traces of her or the pod... He believed she died, and came to accept that the Tylyrion species had been wiped out by the Tyrant he called 'Father.'

Ziera

Ziera's favourite memory with Lotor is the moment she awoke in the med bay after being impaled by a sword to save his life. She can never forget the way he worried over her, and finally admitted his true feelings for her before giving her the most loving kiss she'd ever experienced. She had a sense that he wasn't in love with her before, but after that day, she knew she had thawed his heart, and warmed it with her adoration.

Her least favourite memory is the moment she and Lotor were left in the Quintessence Field to die. How she feared for her life in the unknown months she and her lover were trapped, feeling her sanity wane along with the supplies they had on board. She still feels discomfort in the Quintessence Field to this day, but has long overcome her fears.

Mereoleona

Mereoleona's favourite memory with Lucia is the spar they had the day they got engaged. Her only pre-requisite for a partner was if they could take her in mortal combat and not die. Well, the two fought up until neither could stand any more, and neither could be deemed the victor. Mereoleona knew then, she'd picked her perfect mate.

Her least favourite memory happens to be the day she intended to confess her feelings to the Ice Queen, but upon hearing that Lucia may not feel the same, she was furious and heartbroken. Though it turns out, she had nothing to fear, Lucia loved her too, but believed the Lioness to be straight, while she was not. Such a foolish woman, Mereoleona would prove her love if she had to!

Lucia

Lucia's favourite memory with Mereoleona was the night she succeeded in the Yultim Volcano Trail test that the Lioness had set up for her. They sat in the hot springs that night, discussing her progress, and for the first time, Lucia admitted to enjoying her company. She had no idea how she went from merely tolerating the boisterous redhead to outright loving her, but she's glad she took that journey.

Her least favourite memory was when she and Mereoleona helped Julius defeat Wizard King Conrad ten years before the anime took place, and while fighting at the Lioness' side, she could only watch as her father died, and her mother sacrificed herself to save her eldest daughter's life. It tore her apart, and for the first time since she'd met Mereoleona, she cried.

Piers

Piers' favourite memory with Thorn was the day he got her a brand new guitar as a good-luck present for the championship, only for her to blurt her feelings to him by tackling him in a sweet kiss. He believed she was just impulsively showing her gratitude, but to his surprise, she spelt it out for him and told him outright that she loved him. He was so confused but so, so happy.

His least favourite memory was the first time he heard about her parents and why she had been homeless for so long. He understood how it felt to have absent parents, and in that moment, he knew he'd stand by her and help her through anything.

Ivy Thornbury

Thorn's favourite memory with Piers is when she saw Lily for the first time after years and was bested in battle and ridiculed for her weakness. She spilt her sorrow to Piers that night, and to cheer her up, he reluctantly recorded himself singing "A Humble Song's chorus, a song he knew she enjoyed a lot. It made her smile, and she saved it on her phone, which he is mortified about.

Her least favourite memory with him was when she argued with him about taking on Eternatus instead of Lily. He was worried she could die from such a dangerous battle, but she refused to listen, stating she would gladly lose her life if it meant her sister would be alright, something she knew he'd do too if Marnie was in this situation. Its a painful memory that luckily ended with a clear sky and a legendary poison dragon in her PC.

Aaravos

Aaravos' favourite memory with Nymera was the moment he held her in his arms for the first time, after creating a human-sized vessel to travel in. He couldn't exactly confess his love for her when in titan form, could he?

His least favourite memory was watching her fall from the storm spire alongside Viren. He still remembers her silent pleas for help, and how his hand phased through her's when he reached out to grab it. The horror he saw wash over her as she vanished behind the clouds below still haunts his nightmares.

Nymera

Nymera's favourite memory with Aaravos was also the moment he confessed his feelings for her. Having lived alone her whole life, ridiculed for being half human and half elf, she wondered if she'd ever find a place to call home. Well, now she had, in his heart, where she truly belonged.

Her least favourite memory is also the moment she fell from the spire. She saw him reach out to her with desperation in his eyes, but when she went to grab his hand, it phased through. She watched as his expression turned to shock, then absolute anguish as everything went black. Knowing what she knows know about his daughter Leola, she couldn't begin to imagine how helpless he felt as he watched someone he cared for drifting away from him a second time.

Vax'ildan

Vax's favourite memory with Ryah is the moment he realized he'd fallen in love with her. They'd entered Syngorn while trapped in the Fey Realm to find one of the Vestiges of Divergence. However, the moment his father opened his stupid face, Ryah snapped and went on to give him a verbal beatdown the likes of which he'd never seen. Ohhhh his heart fluttered so sweetly after that.

His least favourite memory is the moment she was shot by Percy, under the control of her patron, he tried desperately to call out to her, to get her to come back, but it was futile. Percy, following Ryah's last wishes, shot her dead centre in the chest, and he could do nothing but hold her as she bled out in his arms. Thankfully, the universe had other plans, but his heart shattered that day...

Kadorya

Ryah's favourite memory with Vax was the moment she revealed her true form to him, and in an act of kindness and a lack of a filter, he blurted out that she looked beautiful. She believed his words to be a lie, or a simple comfort in a vulnerable moment, but later she learned that his words were true. He saw the real her that day, the fear in her eyes, the vulnerability and trust she showed him in that moment, and she was gorgeous.

Her least favourite memory was shortly after their dance in the woods, with Scanlan as their orchestra. Vax pulled her close as he dipped her, both of them laughing sweetly. But when they straightened up, they felt a pull, leaning in to lock lips. At the last moment, she froze and pushed him away, and she will never forget the way his eyes widened, how she could practically hear his heartbreak. She loved him, but at that moment, she couldn't bear to be with him, knowing she would eventually die.

There we are, they're all my F/O's and their love interests favourite and least favourite memories, hopefully you like this one, I enjoyed writing it. A reminder that a lot of these moments have not been written yet, so they may be subject to change, however right now, I think this is a pretty good indicator of how they view their relationships!

Ziera would probably do this to help Pidge reach a high-up control panel needed to shut down an enemy ship. Though I imagine Pidge is a little heavier than a child under the age of ten, so there may be some demands for her to speed up the process. XD

Illness CanonxOC Imagines

Okay, so I have a terrible earache right now, and am completely deaf in one ear as a result, so I'm going to make some self-indulgent content, that you guys can enjoy too!

How would my fave canon characters react if their love interest was ill. (My OCs are mentioned, but I can make a version without if people want it.)

Orochimaru

Kaede is rarely ill, due to her strong constitution and stubborn disposition, but it's not impossible. If she is ever outwardly ill, it's quite severe and Orochimaru knows that. Usually, he'd find her as she collapses from a fever, and immediately takes her to the lab so Kabuto can assist him.

Usually, Kaede will wake up with an IV drip in her arm and Orochimaru overlooking her. If she's in her room, she'll joke it off and be teased by the Sannin as he suggests she's getting on in the years. However, if she wakes up in the lab, Orochimaru will be forced to restrain her to stop her from yanking out the IV to escape her fears of experimentation.

Either way, he's not leaving until she's better, and while neither side shows their concern or appreciation, the air feels just a little lighter as they remain in the silence of their shared company.

Lotor

Ziera can get sick, but her illnesses are different from ours. If she is under intense stress or recently came down with the Tylyrion version of the Flu, she can have an ailment known as 'fleshballs.' Think of hairballs for cats but with a lot less hair. Of course, they're not flesh either, but the mucous is so tightly packed that it looks like flesh from a distance.

Imagine Lotor's horror when she first had fleshballs during her time as Renzo. Of course, his first order of business was to send the... object, to the lab for testing to ensure she wasn't in any danger, then he went about ensuring her airways were clear and got her some water.

Once he was certain she wasn't in danger of death or injury, he would attend to her whenever she started choking, or send someone in his place when his duties grew too urgent to ignore. Usually, he sent her twin brother Denzie, since he knew more about the ailment than any Galra ever could.

By the end of her illness, Lotor will have exhausted every physician's office, or book in the Tylyrion library to ensure if another bout were to happen, he'd be able to aid her even further. His love for her was unending and unyielding, no matter what horrors she may cough up in the future.

Mereoleona

Despite her magical attribute, Lucia is not built for the cold and hates it. If she is ever ill, it's usually due to exposure to the elements, or exhaustion from her training.

Regardless of the cause, Mereoleona isn't having it. She'll have Lucia training through the illness to build strength, stating that she's never ill so it must be correct. Of course, this doesn't work, and usually Lucia ends up with a high fever or simply collapses from the stress put on her aching body.

When she wakes up, she'll be laid across her sleeping bag with Mereoleona's lap acting as a pillow, her hand against her head to keep a cold rag in place.

If asked, she'll tell Lucia she's only sat there because her Mana skin is keeping her at a normal body temperature, but in actuality, the lioness was worried. Lucia was her partner in crime, her pride, her mate...

She wouldn't forgive herself if she caused her death.

Piers

Okay, so this man is the stereotypical British bloke if his partner is ill. Thorn's flat has no heating, and she tends to use her money on musical equipment and skips meals to afford it and food for her Pokemon. As a result, she's ill often when she's left to her own devices for too long.

Piers will wake up at 6am to a text from Thorn, which is just a selfie of Bioshock next to Thorn's red-faced and sweating form shivering beneath the sheets of her frameless bed. And of course, being the sweetie he is, he curses to himself before he scrambles out of bed to assist her.

He'll use his spare key to enter her flat with a backpack filled with supplies and work on warming up the place with a wood-burning stove he gave her for Christmas a few months back, which she often forgot to use. To his surprise, she'll sleep right through him setting it up in her room, and will only wake up when he brings her a bowl of soup, a cup of tea, and some crumpets.

The two then spend the day together, snuggling beneath her blankets as he serenades her with music and strokes her hair to help her sleep. All the while he wondered what the hell made him fall in love with her in the first place.

Usually, if he tickles her cheek while she sleeps, she smiles, and that's when he remembers.

Aaravos

Nymera can't just tell someone when she's ill, and in her lethargic state, she barely has the energy to sign or write what's wrong with her. In those moments, Aaravos is on hand with his keen observations and meticulous mind. He will check her symptoms and find out what's wrong, before he works on a spell or potion that will cure her ailment.

If her illness is cureable, he will carry her to bed and carefully help her drink the liquid, before ushering her to sleep. She'll wake later to him cuddling her from behind, though he's propped his head up on his other hand to watch her with a smile.

He would make her laugh silently by stating she was the only mortal who could still be astonishingly beautiful, even with snot dribbling down her cheek.

If the illness isn't curable, expect him to start researching it further, most common illnesses can be cured easily; so if it can't, then something is very, very wrong. He will read through his whole library with a stern frown, only stopping to tend to her when she starts hacking or needs something to drink or eat.

Once he has a cure, he will help her take it and stay by her side until she recovers. In this time, he holds her close nightly, hoping she wakes up refreshed.

He couldn't bear to lose another loved one, not again.

Vax'ildan

Soft boi alert!

Ryah is rarely ill, it's a pretty common side-effect to being on the verge of life and death. However, there are still ailments out there that can test that side-effect to its limit. Take poison for example.

If Ryah is ever poisoned, expect Vax to be shitting himself as a result. Even after she's given an antidote, he will not stop fretting until his sister grabs him by the shoulders and swears she'll be alright.

Ryah will remain unconscious, thanks to the effects of the poison, and every day, Vax will tend to her bedside. He'll fluff her pillow, place a fresh glass of water on her nightstand, and even attempt to make her favourite small pastries so she has something to eat when she wakes up. She's the baker of the group, so they're a mess, but edible none-the-less.

He'll sleep in the chair by her bed, no matter how many times the members of Vox Machina tell him otherwise. Even Percy can't get him to leave by promising to watch out for her. Eventually, he'll fall asleep on his crossed arms over her legs, looking utterly exhausted.

That's when Ryah will finally come to, and in her shifting, she'll wake him, causing him to bound upright and knock over his chair. He'll help her drink some water, and get her talking for a bit before he breaks down in tears and just holds her for a while. Even if all the noise causes Percy to barge through the door, she'll simply shush him, and he'll smile and close the door, leaving them to their moment.

Vax couldn't begin to tell Ryah how much he loved her, how much he feared she wouldn't wake up, and he didn't need to.

She already knew.
