thinking back to when i met neil newbon in april,, worlds sweetest man btw,, so have some astarion headcanons ♡ ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ ➤ astarion doesn’t fall easily. but when he does? it's bone-deep. terrifying. exhilarating. he’s used to seduction and manipulation, not genuine care, so he’ll resist at first… but when he starts to love you, he clings to it like a lifeline ➤ touch-starved doesn’t even cover it. he craves intimacy beyond lust. head on your chest while listening to your heartbeat. lazy tracing of your skin while you sleep. holding your hand under the stars like it’s sacred ➤ he has a wicked sense of humor, but he's vulnerable underneath. he uses charm and sarcasm like armor, but when he feels safe? he’ll start slipping and saying sweet, sincere things by accident—and get so flustered about it ➤ he doesn’t trust easily—but he’s loyal once he does. you earn his loyalty through patience, kindness, and seeing the man under the vampire. when that happens, he'll fight to the death to protect you ➤ he’s both ashamed and obsessed with his hunger. he needs blood, but hates the power it has over him. if you let him feed from you, he’s uncharacteristically gentle about it—and feels guilty afterward, no matter how much you reassure him ➤ when he does manage to rest, it’s usually pressed against you, where your scent and warmth keep the worst memories at bay ➤ velvet voice. fingertips that barely touch. whispered promises in your ear. he knows what he’s doing—and he’ll tease you mercilessly before giving in ➤ when he finally trusts you in bed? he gets overwhelmed. like “please don’t stop touching me, i didn’t know I needed this” kind of overwhelmed ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ . 　⁺ 　 . ✦ unsure of how these posts will do, if you want more pls let me know ! inbox is always open so if you want other characters just ask ♡

Under the dainty shards,

I sat beside you,

With my iridescent eyes.

Just like that hook,

My heart held onto your delicate lies.

The chandelier swings with the turmoil of my sanity,

And I wonder if you'd even care,

Unless the masterpiece falls upon us.
