6 varieties of REVERSE ELEPHANT on the #allegro2reformer. 🐘 In this version, my arms are pulling the carriage against light spring resistance with the intention of keeping my feet/foot directly underneath my hips as it moves. In the last 2 clips, I’m aiming to keep my shoulders lined up with my wrists as well. First, while keeping the torso and carriage stable as the back leg lifts. Caught in action, teaching my senior client the pull-up/squat. 💪🏻 Holding the bar from above not only challenges her shoulder mobility, it also helps support her lower extremities as her hips shift back to mimic the action of sitting in a chair.
