That’s what I imagine the people of Tabira City experienced when the cloudward gang walked in and asked about the Temple of Ramansu, the House of Fehujar, and the Eyeless Hand lol

Like a forbidden area, a place of powerful people, and a radical group- what’s so harmful about asking for info about these guys for no reason?

I read the first Murderbot book and LOVED it, can’t wait to read the rest (no spoilers!). But I just tried watching the first episode of the show, and could barely get 15 minutes in.

Like, I knew it’s a hard adaptation, because our titular character doesn’t speak much and a lot of the fascinating world is built out through their quiet observation. But I feel like they took “show, don’t tell” and ejected it into space.

Should I keep trying?
