Hi! So I actually haven't read the light novels past ln4 yet and am purely going off of info revealed by then. The baby swap was introduced during Ah Duo's departure from the Rear Palace, when Mao Mao laid out what happened before dismissing it the way she always does anything to do with Jinshi. Not an official confirmation but it's pretty heavily implied, especially since we know by now that when Mao Mao does her "conjecture" she's basically always right. And plenty of people were confused about how the swap went down it so it would feel wrong to leave it off the chart.
