Story Summary: A time traveling Grandmaster, to the Prequel Era, trying to fix the mistakes the Jedi made, and get rid of a certain Sith too. Only Time Travel is not that easy, as Yoda will soon learn.
Hello, Today I published a new chapter to my story, Time Travel- To the Past Yoda Goes. Below is a small selection. Please use one of the links above to read more.
Chapter 74- Sithly Coda
Dooku finished his meditation when he was sure the group was just about there, and he was startled by a sudden “Sh” sound.
“Shhhhhhh. Wesa needen to besa quiet now. Mastah Dooku asks per silence to helpen him meditaten.”
“Per Years, Me have been helpen him Meditaten.” The one he was talking to responded.
Dooku blinked. It sounded odd to hear his venerable Master speaking in the broken english and slurs of this backward creature. But Yes, it appeared Yoda had woken up.
“Me needen to asken him why hesa has brought us all da way out hair. And me needen to getsa him to take mesa backen tada Temple.” Yoda responded.
“Oh Nosa! Da Temple full of bad guys wit wangzappers.” Jar Jar defended.
“Jango and Siri are still there. They went after young Anakin and will try to do what you said to do, if they can get the artifact back from him.” Dooku summarised. “As for you, I plan to keep you as far away from the whole thing as I can. Jango told me about your plans.” Dooku leaned down over his old Master. “He said you hinted that this was supposed to be a suicide mission. You never intended to tell me this.”
Yoda looked away. “The only way, it is.”
“Only way! No. I can’t believe you. If the council heard you right now, self declaring that your own view of things was superior to all others. That you alone can solve these problems.” Dooku shook his head.
“Seen more, I have,” Yoda said.
Dooku rolled his eyes. “I know you are an old man. But didn’t it once occur to you that I might have seen something in my lifetime that could help the situation. Or Siri, or even Jango. We would’ve helped if we could!” Dooku stepped back. He was getting too upset by this. He needed to Meditate again. So soon after finishing a meditation, it had to be a record.
“I never wanted to…” Yoda started to say, but then he stopped suddenly and turned towards the temple. After a few seconds, he turned back to Dooku and said “Need you to shield me, I do. All of you. Fast.”
Dooku nodded and he motioned to his younglings. “Meditate. Barrier Shields, now.” Dooku didn’t understand what or how Yoda was able to know something was going on, but he was glad to finally be asked to help.

Chapter 73- A Turning Point
“How do we get up into this tower?” Jango had waited until they made it into another hiding place to ask.
“Um…” Siri looked perplexed by his question. “The tower isn’t going to be easy to get into. There is only one way up to it. It’s built differently from the rest of the place. To be more secure.”
Jango gave her a funny look, “And this is where your leadership meets. A room with no escape? Not even a secret one?”
“If there is a secret escape, it’s never been shared with me,” Siri answered.
“Ooh.” Little Kent raised his hand. “One time a Master shared a what-if plan with us. If the Temple is ever attacked, we are to go to the Council’s Tower to wait for rescue. We’re supposed to use the main lift.”
“They teach you to corner yourselves in, like that?” Jango was certainly not getting this Jetii thing.
“The Tower would be more secure than the rest of the building, if it were bombed, for instance. It would probably be the last place to crumble.” Siri defended her jare’la vode ( oblivious brethren ).
“So your younglings would be trapped in a room with no escape possible, unless your leaders won the battle.”
“Um…” There was stunned silence around the room.
“Okay, now that we’ve defined the problem, how do we get in?” Jango asked.

Hello, I've updated my story "Return of the Survivors." Below is a small portion, but please go to one of the links above or below to read more.
Story Summary: Alternate Universe- What if Anakin's mother survived and Anakin never went dark side. Padme has the twins on Tatooine and survives. Anakin tries to help the surviving Jedi, while still keeping his family secret. Meanwhile Darth Sidious has been crowned emperor and is going after the remaining Jedi. Rumors have it he's looking for a new apprentice. Anakin gets to be a daddy.
Chapter 103:
“I’m almost done,” Luke panted in the desert heat. “After this he’s gotta be pleased!” Luke braced to give the large item another push with his shoulder.
Suddenly he heard the loud stomp of boots on the ground. “Where are you?” Anakin asked.
Luke rushed to cover the item he had been moving, but his father gave him a disapproving stare anyways. “It’s not fair. You said I had 3 hours. It’s only been two!”
Anakin shook his head. “Always complaining.”
“Dad, can we go now?” Leia stuck her head out of the ship.
“Alright Honey. Why don’t you start up her engines. I’ll be along in just a sec.”
“Dad!” Luke was amazed. His father rarely asked them to start up the engines on his spaceship.
“Your sister only needed one hour.” Anakin turned back to the unfinished project.
Luke was filled with rage. “She had the droids to do it for her!” It wasn’t fair! It was unnatural how quickly the rage built up, but Luke stopped caring a while ago.
“Yes, of course. I wouldn’t want my favorite child to strain herself on such a difficult task. Would I?”
“You don’t deny it then!”
“Why would I deny something so obvious? Leia is the perfect Jedi. She’s my favorite. You’re just a disappointment.”
His father walked away. Luke hoarded the pained feelings in his mind. When the machine came out and injected him again, he didn’t want to wake up forgetting this revelation. Not again. If he remembered how much he hated that man, he wouldn’t do so much work, trying to appease him. The next time he might just kill the man and end these scenarios for good.
“Next time!”

Hello Everyone, I've posted another chapter to Time Travel: to the Past Yoda Goes. Below is a small selection. Please use the links above to read more.
Chapter 72- Big Reveals
It wasn’t long after their impromptu training lesson with Jango’s Blaster weapon, they were on their way again. Kent thought it was very cool that he would let them all have a shot with it. They were traveling through the halls of their once home, feeling very much like they were in the middle of a scary movie, where Master Quarmall would come up with an excuse to leave the room, and offer the weakest amongst them an excuse to follow him out. It had been three years since Kent had taken his offer, and, as brave as he was, if Master Quarmall would come around the next bend and ask them, “Who wants more snacks?” He wouldn’t say no.
Of course, if Master Quarmall did come around the next bend, it would probably be as a possessed Sith. Kent shook his head. That was not the thought he wanted to have.
Kent refocused on the path ahead. They were following Anakin, or the path Master Siri insisted would lead to Anakin. Kent was eager to see his brother again, and save him from this torment. He didn’t know what it would feel like having a Sith in one’s brain, but he could imagine it. Sith of old were trained with pain and torment. Like they would actually cause themselves pain to enhance their abilities. His face puckered with disgust.
“Who do we have here?” the voice came from ahead in the hall. It was familiar to him, and yet in a very shrill way, unfamiliar as well.
Jango issued a couple of orders to his younglings in their language. Kent just clutched the Blaster he was given and shrunk back towards Siri.
“Ha ha ha ha.” That voice laughed. Buzzes went off from Blasters in unseen locations as a shadow appeared up the hall. “I’ve conquered all the known forces in the universe, worthy to be conquered. Mandalorian, yup, I’ve conquered them too.” He said a couple of words in a foreign tongue, and though Kent didn’t know what they meant, he could tell that Jango did. His face became very red, and he fired his blaster.
The bolt never reached its target. The Sith merely wiped his hand and it was absorbed into the universe again. That was when Kent realized where he recognized that voice from, as he saw a face. It was Master Obi-Wan!...

Story Summary: A time traveling Grandmaster, to the Prequel Era, trying to fix the mistakes the Jedi made, and get rid of a certain Sith too. Only Time Travel is not that easy, as Yoda will soon learn.
Hello Everyone! Today I've finally updated my Time Travel: To the Past Yoda Goes story. Read below to see a preview, or click one of the links above to read more.
Chapter 71- Inside The Temple
Jango stood tall and proud in front of the group of younglings that had come up on the lift to join him. One of the Jetti’ade was staring at him with her arms folded impatiently while he did his final count. She had been disappointed to learn upon coming up the lift that she’d still need to wait for the others to join them before they sprang off into battle again.
“Okay, we are going to meet Siri’s group. Freya, can you lead me to Master Cohun’s old room?”
To his surprise, this did not get the fiery teenager to charge into leadership, as he expected. Instead, she blushed, and looked down at the floor.
A half second after this, Jango remembered what Siri had said about the room’s current uses. It was a location for Ten’raysh dajunili (Teenagers) to meet and murcyur (kiss) without adult supervision. And he realized what, in her mind, he’d just asked her. “We are going to meet Siri and the others there. It’s an out of the way room, and likely not used by the darjetii, I am told.”
“Oh yeah. It’s this way.” She pointed and started walking without giving him eye contact.
Jango shrugged when one of his own Ade eyed him curiously. He didn’t want to get into a discussion about this here, so he turned and pointed to the others to follow the Jetti’ade down the hallway. He scolded himself for forgetting how aalyc ad’ike (emotional kids) of that age can be. Ratiin nadala bal iviin’yc buurenur. (always hot and quick to storm)

Chapter 102 - Darth Zoon
“Clear. Clear. All clear.” The men called out as they went through the facility. Ahsoka tried to listen to the troopers as Anakin and Obi-Wan filled time with their usual chatter on their way to the battle. She remembered how when she was younger she used to follow them adding to their debates without another care in the world. My, she really had grown since the clone wars.
“Alright, here it is.” Anakin announced when he came up to a square vent on the wall. “Pass me a Torque Wrench.” He held out his hand expectantly.
One of the clones went to pull the tool out of a satchel they’d brought with them.
“Wait a minute.” Cody tilted his head, looking at the vent another way. “Sir, how exactly do you plan for us to go through there?”
“You’d crawl through. There’s plenty of room. Here watch.” Anakin was about to bend over to demonstrate.
“No, I see it.” Obi-Wan nodded to Cody. “If we crawl through, and there’s someone on the other side, it will be hard to defend when on your hands and knees.”
Anakin shook his head. By his expression Ahsoka could tell that he was running out of patience. “How else do you suggest we get through the eight heavily occupied levels between us? He’s my Son, Haar’chak! Take your time, or come through if you're brave enough. I’m going in.”
And Obi-Wan did try to grab him before he went through, but he slid into the vent shaft before he could get a grip on his arm. Obi-Wan turned to say something, his words falling flat on his tongue.
“I understand. Go after him. We’ll try to push through the long way.”
Obi-Wan nodded and with a parting, “Force be with you.” He crawled down after Anakin.
“And with you master.” Ahsoka muttered her prayer quietly before looking up at Cody.

Chapter 70- Buruk Ti Uur
Jango ducked under cover while his target rested. If Jango were to hypothesize, he’d assume these Amyc de Darjetii (changed by the Sith) were under the whims of their bodies, just as any ordinary target. Despite having an advanced knack for dha Ka’ra nari (dark Force acts) and apparently experience evading beroya gaanayle (bounty hunter traps), he still is prone to tire as quickly as any thirteen year old ad (child).
Still, the hairs on the back of Jango’s neck nearly were singed from shock, when the Jetii (Jedi) named Siri whispered from his side, “When he comes out next, I’ll go around him. You approach from here.”
“Wha!!!” It took all of Jango’s self control not to shout in shock. “I thought you left. With Dooku.”
“Anakin is half my ad (son), in a way.” Siri explained. “He did take his two, and about half of your younglings. The others came with me.”
Jango turned to look and one of his younglings waved from behind Siri. He supposed he now owed this Jetii for teaching his ade to walk silently. For a moment he wondered if he should chaabar ra gedeteyar (be afraid or be thankful). It would come in handy for vu’traat (Special Forces) work. Though he was learning as a buir (parent) that when it came to ade (kids), Ogir ratiin buruk ti uur. (There always is danger with silence.)
Jango just gave Siri a nod, agreeing silently with her plan. Not that he hadn’t tried sneaking up on the kid before, but perhaps the Jetii would have better luck.
***
Sidious panted as he crouched down. If he were a commoner, he’d be cursing his luck. To have picked up a Mandalorian tail was annoying. Now he had a shadow as well, and worse, they appeared to be working together to spite him. This was reprehensible! His predecessors brewed enough hatred between the two peoples that all it took was an occasional stirring, and there was blood. Certainly, after the Galidraan incident, forgetting to stir that pot was not something any Sith could accuse him of… So why were they now so buddy-buddy?
“A Slaver does not need evidence to condemn his slave.”
Sidious closed his eyes. He did not regret taking Anakin as a host, though he was beginning to suspect something went wrong with the possession. The Gungan was a simple mind to take over. Except for a minor lexicon issue that vexed him greatly, he had none of the host’s memories. But this boy, this boy was something else. Randomly, it seemed, sights, sounds, and thoughts of his could trigger these memory bursts. Still, they were easily ignored.
“Now what was I…” Sidious tried to refocus. “The hall after the next, leads to a lift. Going to go up, out of these ruined lower levels.” He crept forward a step, then he sensed movement in the Force, and he cursed under his breath. “That's right, the shadow.” He lifted his hand and used it to produce an echo of his Force presence on the other side of the passage. “That’ll distract her.” He smiled to himself as he crawled out of his hiding place, and ran for the lift.

Chapter 101 - Imperial Party Crashers
“Oh, we’re going to have a party alright… Kneel.” Ordered the cold voice from behind him. Luke knew without intelligently using the Force that the soldier was waving a blaster behind his back. Some people projected their agitation more than others, and Luke had always been a natural at reading such things.
When Luke obeyed, he tried to keep his hands up above his head, an obvious sign of his amicable intentions. After all, it was the imperial administration he had the conflict with. This man was just an officer.
There was a click and a hiss sound. None of which seemed to surprise his guards, so Luke didn’t become too anxious, at first. In front of him, what looked originally to be an empty wall, turned around on a dais and revealed a throne chair, with an unusual person on it.
The first thing Luke sensed was ego. The man on the throne was very old, but some of his age marks seemed to be scars, more deeply placed than time would usually account for. He had an ego too. Luke could tell with only the briefest of swipes to his psyche that this man did honestly think that everything on this base, this universe, revolved around him.
Luke gasped for breath. ‘Could this really be…’
The man had a kind grandfatherly smile on his face as he gazed down at Luke, but as the moment wore on, the look seemed to transform to one of demented frenzy. The Force seemed to yowl warnings at Luke.
‘Emperor Palpatine?’ Luke questioned silently.
“You’ve made it, my boy,” The emperor laughed. “My new apprentice. I shall call you, Darth Zoon.”
Luke glared. He’d heard his father and his Master’s stories of the old Chancellor, though now that he was seeing him, he couldn’t imagine his father ever trusting this man. Whether he was unable to shield himself, or just didn’t care to, his Force Presence seemed to boil over evil.
“Never,” Luke responded. He started to rise. He didn’t want to bow to a sith.
“Oh, I wasn’t asking you for permission,” Palpatine seemed to laugh internally as he signaled his people with a wave of his hand.
One of them came forward, wheeling a chair-like device in front of him. As he got closer Luke could see the points of needles in the back of the chair. They were connected to a set of liquids in IV type bags, being wheeled out by another man in similar uniform.
“Have a seat, my boy,” said the emperor.
Luke panicked. He didn’t like receiving injections when it was from a trusted healer, who knew the medicine would do no harm. He didn’t have any such faith in the Emperor or his ‘healers,’ if he could call them that. Naturally, he pulled back, but his arms were grabbed on either side of him.
The emperor didn’t seem to realize Luke was fighting for his very life. He turned nonchalantly to the soldier who escorted Luke in, and asked him, “Did you bring his Lightsaber? I want to see it.” ...

Story Summary: A time traveling Grandmaster, to the Prequel Era, trying to fix the mistakes the Jedi made, and get rid of a certain Sith too. Only Time Travel is not that easy, as Yoda will soon learn.
Hello Everyone, I've updated Time Travel: To the Past Yoda Goes with a new chapter. Below is a small selection. Please use the links above to read more.
Chapter 69- No Promises
“Yaaaaaaah!” Sidious didn’t even have time to become acquainted with his new body before he had to defend it. Originally he intended to find a weapon to use against his Masters. Then he found the younglings, and he recognized the boy, Ana-fin, Ana-bin. No, something like that.. With a host as strong as him, he’d be able to fight his Masters and… “Aaaaah Yah!” Yoda changed his grip, which meant Sidious had to change his own form to match, momentarily interrupting his thoughts.
‘And break my chains,’ the whisper came.
Sidious shook his head. He needed to focus, or the host would regain power again.
‘Through Passion I gain strength.’ Sidious meditated. ‘Through strength I gain power. Through power I gain victory.’ Again images of himself, prisoner with the other Jedi initiates, came to his mind. ‘Through Victory, my chains are broken.’
Palpatine hadn’t closed his eyes, he still kept them trained on the little green Jedi. Meditating in motion, while your life depended on it was a skill he’d long ago developed. Still, his attacking moves were slowed slightly, as his instincts toward defensive moves took over.
Yoda took advantage of his break and seemed to think for a moment. He reached behind his back and pulled something from the bag he wore. It was wrapped up in an old cloth, and seemed to be made from stone.
Sidious recognized the artifact immediately, or better yet, he recognized the type of artifact. He knew it must have come from an ancient Sith site, from before the Dark Age, but the cloth wrapping was covering any identifying markers to let him know what it did. Still, Sidious had a few similar artifacts in his collection, and he knew it would be a powerful weapon if the Jedi knew how to use it. He raised his shields instinctively.
Yoda closed his eyes and Sidious could feel the Force move. A wave from the Artifact pushed through his shields as if they were made from pudding. In an odd moment, he could feel himself flying from the boy, but it only lasted a second, and soon after he was flying in reverse. Yoda hadn’t gotten the upper hand in that second, he focused again on the artifact.
Sidious tried again to strengthen his shields, though he knew it would do little good. This time when he was pushed from the boy’s mind, he could feel the boy's consciousness reach out to him. It was then that he had a Vision.

Hello Everyone, I finally have a hundred chapters to Return of the Survivors. If I had known it would be this long, I probably would've broke it up into parts, but we're almost to the end now. Below is a small selection. Please use the links above to read more.
Chapter 100 - A New Apprentice
Luke fastened his belt around his waist. Then he reached under his coat and pulled out the lightsaber from where his Master instructed him to hide it. He gave it a little spin, testing his ability to arm himself swiftly. It appeased him, and he gave himself a little smile in a nearby mirror. Then he reached back to rehide his weapon, and turned to leave the room.
Entering the flex space where the battleplans were being explained to the multitude of Jedi and Rebellion personnel, Luke nearly ran into his Sister. The girl reached out after making a startled sound and hugged her brother. “Oh Luke.” She then pulled away with tears in her eyes. Han was there immediately to wrap her in a hug.
“‘Don’t die, stupid,’ she means to say.” Mara had her arms folded.
“I-aaaah I don’t intend to.” Luke stammered. “I am armed, and this is our best chance of stopping this thing.” Luke reached forward to pull his girlfriend closer for a kiss.
“Luke, good you’re here. We need to go over the extraction plan one more time.” Anakin reached over and interrupted him, mid pucker.
With a huff and an eyeroll, “Alright Dad, I’ll be along in a minute.”
“No, we want you along now. Come on. Han, will you take Leia and Mara to the supply room?”
“Yes sir, Master Jedi, sir.” Han inclined his head slightly.
Luke held in a chuckle. His dear overprotective father thought he was being clever when he assigned Leia and Mara to a relatively safe role of supply disbursement. It’s too bad that won’t last. If Luke were a betting man, he’d have his money on his Sister and Girlfriend both sneaking into the groups going down to the battle on Geonosis. And Han would probably be talked into helping, too. “I’ll see you three later,” he said with a wink. Luke wasn’t a believer in luck, but he did not want to end this conversation with a goodbye. With a showy, proud jaunt to his step, Luke turned in the direction his father was beckoning him to go.

Story Summary: A time traveling Grandmaster, to the Prequel Era, trying to fix the mistakes the Jedi made, and get rid of a certain Sith too. Only Time Travel is not that easy, as Yoda will soon learn.
Hi all,
Today I published a new chapter to Time Travel: To the Past Yoda Goes. Below is a small selection. Please use the links above to read more.
Chapter 68- Darkness
30 Years ago:
Yoda looked up at the time-piece against the wall and sighed.
“Master, I won’t say I didn’t tell you this…” Dooku growled from the other side of the chamber. “In fact, the whole council warned you about his fit as a padawan.”
Yoda tuned out his previous Padawan’s lectures, and he turned around the room to pace again.
Suddenly the door opened and a teenaged boy with dark skin, and long brown hair, fastened back in dreads, timidly walked in. Unsurprisingly, he seemed to immediately sense the judgment from the masters in the room.
“Well, there you go then. I’d love to stay for the grilling, but Qui-Gon will be taking his trials next week, and I promised him to help him prepare for it.” Dooku made his excuses and quickly skedaddled from the room, making sure to glare at the boy before he left.
The other Masters soon did the same, and Yoda was alone with a youngling that refused to look up and give him eye contact.
“You’re angry, Master. I know it was a risk, but if I'd had a few seconds more time, I could have made it work. And then…”
“Angry, I am not… Disappointed, I am.” Yoda corrected. The boy’s face fell. “Recovering from severe burns, two other Padawans are. Included in their number you almost were.”
“But if Master Rancisis hadn't pulled me away, it wouldn't have exploded.” He sighed. “I know everyone thinks I’ve fallen to the dark side, or that I’m flirting with it, or something. But I haven’t. I'm just tired of everyone waiting for me to fail.”
“Padawan Windu. With me, come.” Yoda said, and the youngling looked up in surprise.
He followed Yoda down a seldom used lift to a part of the temple few Padawans had ever been to. Technically it was a part of the Jedi Archives, if anyone looked at a temple floor plan. But those who knew what it contained simply called it, ‘The Dark Vault.’
“Sense what, do you?” Yoda asked.
“Power, there’s a lot of it down here.” Mace answered. “Hey, if we have all this, why don’t we ever use it?”
Yoda glared at his Padawan, and subtly used their new forcebond to remind him why they were having this conversation in the first place.
Mace shuffled a step back and corrected his wording, “I mean the Masters, of course. The criminals wouldn't stand up to this being used against them.”
“Of the start of the Jedi-Sith Conflict, how much do you know?” Yoda asked.
“Ancient history now,” Yoda responded with a glare before the youngling could make a comment about his age. “Uh, The Jedi were the original Force-users. They used to use the whole force, light and dark, and…”
“What?” Yoda asked.
“Huh?” Mace responded with.
“Original Force-users our predecessors were. Distinguish between light and dark, they did not. Because Dark yet, the force was not.” Yoda paused to look up at his Padawan. Mace looked even more confused than he usually did during a Force-Physics class when his instructor started ranting in Rybese. “A time for living, all things have. And a time to die and rejoin the Force, all things do as well. Both, a part of the Living Force, it originally was.”
“So then what changed?” Mace wisely asked....

Story Summary: A time traveling Grandmaster, to the Prequel Era, trying to fix the mistakes the Jedi made, and get rid of a certain Sith too. Only Time Travel is not that easy, as Yoda will soon learn.
Today I published a new chapter to my fanfic, Time Travel: To the past Yoda Goes. Below is a small selection. Please click one of my links above to read more.
Chapter 67- A Hiccup
Anakin turned around to look, and stretched his Force-senses as far as he could. Then he sighed in disappointment. Yoda had gone off to get the artifact alone. All because he alone, apparently, knew the passcodes to the doors and the secret boobytraps in the Vaults to get it out. Or that was what he told them, anyways.
Dooku had been reluctant to let him go alone, but was now leading the youngsters in Meditation. Even a few of Jango’s ade were sitting around, pretending to follow along.
Poison Spitter and Jango marched in circles around them, each keeping an eye out for anything unexpected. Poison stopped in his circles and went to check on Siri. She was sitting, trying to help Dooku’s lesson, but she was feeling uncomfortable for some reason.
Jango stopped too, and came around to see what was going on.
“Kaysh cuyir yaihadla bal te ik’aad aalar bic’be buir’be dar’jarkiv” Anakin could not understand any of what they were saying.
“Shi kih haryc.” Siri answered them. “Ni ven’udes sa vi slanar.” It felt like she was trying to reassure them.
Anakin turned away from their conversation and tried to reach out to Yoda again. It would’ve been easier if he had a bond with the Grandmaster, but he didn’t. He hadn’t even thought about forming one until just now.
“Okay everyone, we are going to reach with our minds to the light.” Dooku instructed them. “Anakin, are you reaching?”
No, Anakin’s mind supplied, but he didn’t say this outloud. He silently rolled his eyes and started to do the meditation exercises Dooku was leading them through. Maybe, they would help him expand his senses, like earlier meditations with Master Mace had done. It was worth a try, anyway. ...

I've published a 99th chapter to Return of the Survivors. Below is a small selection, but please do click on the links to read more.
Chapter 99 - Begging
“Angel Please,” Anakin begged. If he was able to, he’d put down the commlink he was holding and bow before his wife’s holo. He’d already explained to his wife about the risk to Tatooine, and sent a ship to pick them up. His mother and step-family were already on their way out of the system.
“Ani, this is the first time in all of its history an elected council has formed on Tatooine. I can’t abandon it now. We have massive evacuations to plan, and a refugee settlement to set up on Utaruun. I have to make sure everyone gets transport offworld, even the Tuskens and poorer moisture farmers. I will be there, once our work is finished. I promise.” Anakin nodded. He knew his wife would try to get out, but he also knew she wouldn’t leave anyone behind either. It was one of the reasons he loved her, but today, it made him worry. He would worry until he got that message from the rebellion officers saying his wife was in transport offworld.
“I understand. Hurry, okay.”
“Okay love,” Padme blew a kiss at the holo, and then with a blink, she vanished.
Anakin ran to another room, and instructed the men who were working, “Tell me you have news.”
“No sir, not yet.”
Anakin had sent a team in to verify intelligence they were receiving from the rebellion, suggesting the Death Star 2.0 was unfinished, and still inoperable. He sighed at the lack of news. “Alright.” It was looking like they were going to have to leave to attack it soon, even without the data. Especially when an Imperial Flagship was detected on its way to Geonosis.
The door opened and a gray-haired Obi-Wan walked in. Anakin knew why he was there. He left the men at their info-booth, and walked towards the Master. “No news yet. You have any luck?”
Obi-Wan put on a very tight face, and responded. “No. Satine is determined to start a government on a soon to be dead world.”
“Uh huh. Padme too. Well hopefully we will be able to do something about that soon.”...

Hello all, I've published a new chapter to Time Travel: To the Past Yoda Goes. Below is a small selection. Please click one of the links above to read more.
Chapter 66- Eyn Dini’la Dajun
Jango lifted himself from his hiding place and shook his head. Not only did his armor stay cool to keep his insides from cooking, but his helmet had a special layer to protect him from the pressure of the explosion. Jango saw Dooku poking his head up from the inside of a nearby building, but his Ade were all obediently staying where he’d left them. “Bic cuyir morut'yc. Gar liser olaror dayn jii.” (It is safe. You can come out now.) he told them.
Everyone came out of their hiding places. Jango did another silent count of heads to make sure all were with him.
“Anakin! step away from the wall.” Dooku hollered at one of the Jetti younglings.
“I’m just looking at it.” Anakin rebutted. “Is that where we’re going to go in?”
“Indeed, a large enough hole for entry, that is.” Yoda studied the rock wall.
“Yes, that should get us in fine now. Thank you for your help.” Dooku nodded. “Ray toor shay me. I’m sorry I don’t know the words in Mando’a for Goodbye.” (Ret’urcye mhi, maybe we'll meet again)
“You act as if you expect me to ba’slanar haar aka dar’ani. (To leave the mission incomplete .) I assure you, I have no intention to leave this battle unfinished.”
“But you don’t understand…” Dooku started. “Our old comrades were infected, taken over by Sith. They will look like Jedi, but no evil will be below them.”
“Darjetii…(Sith) Yes. Ba’buir (Grandfather) Yoda explained it to me on our way here.” Jango turned to his younglings and instructed them, “K’am Tracy’uure at mirshir.” (Change blasters to shock/stun.)
Every youngling pulled out their blasters and dislodged the one attachment, making them a weapon any pacifist would be proud of.
Dooku blinked and shook his head. “To our knowledge, even a non-force sensitive was possessed by these sith. If you go in there, there will be no way for you to defend yourselves.”
“And you would rather go in alone, dar’tome, separated from your people. Where is the strength in that?”
Dooku looked down, clearly speechless.
“Now, the interior is ground I’ve never actually seen a floorplan of, but it is your yaim, your home, I will look to you to guide us.”
“This way, come.” Yoda crawled into the hole and entered an old room. It was small and squarish with a doorway, missing a door, on the opposite wall. Through this doorway appeared to be a hallway. Yoda closed his eyes and seemed to be meditating...

Chapter 65- Breaking Down Walls
“YOUNGLING, put down that box.” Dooku ordered. He looked down at a time piece. It had only been an hour. ‘How in the force has it only been an hour? Qui-gon was never this much trouble,’ The old master grumbled. When Yoda left to go meet Jango and his Mandalorian clan, he’d decided to take the two Jedi shadows with him. It was logical, after all. They were a lot younger than he was. And then Tol, his eldest, volunteered to go with them. Dooku was proud of him, and grateful the others welcomed his help. The only hiccup was that left one possible youngling sitter among them, and he’d apparently drawn that straw before he’d even realized it.
“But GrandMaster,” Anakin whined.
“No Buts. This is a storage shed filled with unknown cargo. There could be a Blaster in that box.” Dooku lectured. And it was true. A lot of worse items could be found in transport cargo, especially in the section pulled by scanners as being potentially illegal cargo. As it was for the items in the hold they were hiding in now. Sure, with the Force he could settle that worry, but then with the sheer number of boxes in the storage compartment they were hiding in, it was far easier to command the younglings not to touch anything. He’d forgotten how helpful having his older apprentice, and a palace filled with servants was. It was something to consider if he ever gets to apprentice any other fallen jedi.
“B… I was trying to get to your comm. It fell back there, and it's been going off.” the youngling explained.
Dooku looked around in confusion, and felt for his comlink in his pocket. It wasn’t there. Then he remembered checking it earlier when one of the younglings came in squealing about something. ‘Where did I put it?’ He went over and bent down to look behind the box Anakin was trying to move. ‘There it is.’ He used the Force to pick up the comlink, then activated it to read a message from Yoda.
“With us, Jango Fett is. Outside of the hangar, meet us.”
Dooku sighed, “Alright everybody, it’s time to go.”
Youngling Anakin reached out again to a box. Dooku gave him a very firm eye and growled at him, “Mmmmmmm.” The youngling backed away, and Dooku used the Force to gently restack it with the other boxes in the shed. “Line up, by the door. There ya go.” Dooku counted the younglings, all eight were there, and in one piece. And so he opened the door. “Follow me now.”

Chapter 98 - Betrayal
Anakin walked Mace-Ti into the make-shift recording studio they’d built on Beskarn. It didn’t have all the bells and whistles of the professional studios making his wife’s, and his if you promised not to tell anyone, favorite dramas. But it did have what he thought he’d need to credibly make it seem like Mace-Ti was anywhere in the galaxy he wanted. In truth, Anakin was quite proud of his little set-up. Most of it was salvaged from junkyards, but he could see a bunch of faked messages leaked to the empire, leading them farther and farther astray.
Anakin stopped and gripped the eighteen year old’s shoulder. “Remember, as far as he knows, you’re home. With the family I found to adopt you. He doesn’t need to know where that is.”
“Is it okay that I called you Uncle Anakin, in the last video, I mean?”
“Yes, if he asks, just tell him you call all Jedi an aunt or uncle. There’s no need to get into the specifics. Try not to name any names, and more importantly…” Anakin paused.
“Don’t tell him it was your step-brother who adopted me.” Mace-Ti filled in the gaps.
“...” Anakin shrugged. “I meant to say, more importantly, be yourself. But yeah, that’s a good subject to avoid. Anyways, there is a very brief delay to the recording, so if you do say anything you shouldn’t, I will be able to stop you.”
Mace-Ti nodded. “Thank you, Uncle Anakin. I never thought I’d ever have this opportunity.”
Anakin smiled and rubbed his nephew’s back. “Be yourself. I’ll be right outside, if you need anything.”
Mace-Ti turned at the last moment, threw an arm around Anakin and squeezed.

Chapter 64 - Guilt Trip
“Okay, are you ready to make the call?” Dooku asked the eager younglings, who all quieted instantly.
“In a minute.” Young Anakin had just finished his breakfast. He went to pick up his dish.
“I’ll get that.” Alex offered.
Anakin wiped his mouth one last time on the napkin and got up. He walked over to Dooku, then took a deep breath. “Okay, I’m ready. Don’t know why I’m so nervous.” Dooku tried to smile at him in comfort, but his own anxiety was simmering under the surface. The boy didn’t even know how last ditch this effort was. Or that his grandmaster had formed such a drastic plan B.
Dooku typed in the contact the boy gave him. The machine buzzed as the line connected.
“Hello, Hello… Who is this?” Came the voice of a woman.
“Mom.” Anakin named her. “Mom, I need to talk to Cliegg.”
“Ani, aren’t you supposed to be on a mission now?”
“I am, kinda. I need to talk to Cliegg. Is he there?”
“No, he’s at a meeting. Can I speak with Obi-Wan?”
“Uh…” Anakin looked around in distress.
“Madam, hello.” Dooku picked up the line in the silence. “My name is Master Dooku. Master Obi-Wan put me in-charge. It would help us and the mission if you helped us to contact your husband.”
“Oh, okay.” There was the sound of her shuffling around. “I can give you the line to his office. Like I said before, he’s in a meeting, but if you call, someone should answer.”
“Yes, that would help us very much.” Dooku waited for her to rattle off the number, which he typed into the device.
“Thank you Mom,” Anakin called out from behind Dooku, before he hung up...
