Adidas Creative Director Paul Gaudio photographed for the October Issue of Monocle Magazine. I enjoyed hearing about the direction Paul has taken the company. He truly has a unique vision and has helped make Adidas a go to brand among so many diverse groups. He knows and appreciated the history of the sports brand and realizes the value of unique collaborations and entering into a higher fashion tier with certain products. He also gave me a look into the future of using technology like 3D Printing with footwear.

Photographing Mighty AI CEO Matt Bencke this past week for @wired was one of the toughest assignments I have ever had. His first person story is online now here. He tells his tragic story of recently finding out he has late stage terminal pancreatic cancer and how he has been living out his life not in fear of knowing its hanging on by a thread. He was beyond welcoming and positive during our brief time together. I dont know if I could be so strong in the same position. My thoughts go out to his family during this very tough time. Thanks to Maria Lokke for such an important assignment.
