Last Week of Senior Year

I can’t believe that I’m even writing this title for a post. It’s the last week of classes for me and it’s the last semester of my Senior year as a Physics Undergrad. 

I really hope to pass all my classes and can metaphorically walk across the stage. 

I’m going to try to continue uploading study notes and stuff for the finals I’m taking and I’ll keep this account up for my Master and Graduate programs. However, I don’t know quite when that will be. 

So this is an uncertain future, but I plan on keeping this blog alive.

I'd love to go to Europe, but I've never been able to leave the country. (I live in the US.)

I'm definitely more into flowers.....stratch that....I love succulents...wait....um...lavender? I don't know. I love all plants and flowers.

Hello! I’m Kaitlyn. I am studying Physics and am (hopefully) in my last semester of Undergrad! I do plan on going to Graduate school though for Astrophysics, but we’ll see how that goes. Lol. 

Day 2- If you’ve chosen a major, why did you decide on it? If you’re in any other grade , what field/major interests you the most?

I chose Physics because I want to know more about the world and how it works. I also am really interested by space and what’s going on out there. 

Day 3- Have you done a challenge before? If so, how was it? If not, what are you expecting to get out of this experience?

I have not done a challenge before on Tumblr, but I am interested in this because I think it’s a cool way for me to remember to post consistently on here. 

Day 4- For my researching fellows, what are you researching on? If you’re not currently researching, what is the topic within your field that you’re most passionate about?

I am currently researching radio emissions from supernovae. It is just a literature review for now, but I hope that it can lead to more!

I think feminism is very important and definitely consider myself a feminist. I'm not gonna go into to much detail as I don't think I'm the right person to fully give like an in-depth take on this.

Zoomester Studyblr Challenge

I initially aimed this challenge for all my struggling last semester/grad school/ thesis writing people BUT honestly, whatever your grade, this zoomester is crazy as it is.

Finals Week

Hello, 

Now finals week is closing to an end for some of you, but for some (like me) you still have some finals left. I just wanted to wish you all good luck and remind you to breathe and drink some water! It’ll be okay no matter what grades you get. Sometimes you fail, but you can always pick yourself back up again. Remember, that college is an experience that is supposed to help you with life in the future, if it’s not helping you then you should talk to your advisor and they can help to change your college schedule to facilitate your future needs. Also, remember that college is your life now---make sure to enjoy this time now! :)
