“Ahh one of Chuohku’s little experiments. Oh surprised I know I know about her? Don't be. I have several of my vipers in Chuohku constantly relaying information to me. I will admit her ability to cause sudden changes in emotions is a bit of an annoyance. However, Project Siren should be able to take her out easily. Project Siren at full strength is estimated to be able to destroy several city blocks. I highly doubt she can do anything against even half that.” 

Mei Yu

Misa raises her eyebrow at the photo of Mei. “Mafuyu’s other bodyguard and the one to murder him. All because of your insecurities. Did it burn you to know that Mafuyu was choosing Vito over you? All I have to say to you Mei Yu is that it will be your desire to be the best that will be your downfall. One that I will gladly orchestrate for you.”

Lillian Rees

“So how does a former British major join the Japanese government? Ah, so that's how they did it. I’m not surprised by Chuohku’s methods. They never use anything else.” Misa rolls her eyes. “This woman does pose the most danger if she’s able to figure out my plans due to her computer skills. However against me in a computer fight, she will find herself horribly disadvantaged. I’ve been working with computers longer than she’s been alive. Not even the infamous hackers Delphi and Venefica could crack my database. I highly doubt she could even touch it.”

“If I am being completely honest destroying Chuohku isn't my goal. Make no mistake I despise them and what they stand for. Getting rid of them is just a stepping stone to my main goal. This team why they’ll cause problems for my plans aren't entirely detrimental to them. Besides Chuohku is a fool if they think I don't have any contingency plans against them and any teams they send after me.”

“Boss Lady says if I was to ever run into this woman that I was to walk away as fast as I can, especially if she's near a piano. I don't get it this chick looks like a simple breeze would do her in not someone that the Boss says we should be cautious about. Also, this lady looks almost as cold as Junko! At least Junko got a reason as to why she’s cold. This chick gotta wonder why she’s so icy.”

Mei Yu

“The bodyguard to the Prime Bitch herself. Boss says that she murdered her old employer and blamed it on the tattooer from Meguro. I can't say shit about that considering my own past. All I know is that Junko wants a stab at her. This is one of the few times I've seen her something other than an emotionless look on her face and to be honest, I almost pity this woman for it.”

Lillian Rees

“Great another ice bitch in this tournament. I already got to deal with Junko and now this British woman. Why does the D.R.B. attract some of the most emotionless people I've ever seen? Bad enough it looks like I’m going against her since Junko wants the bodyguard. This sucks but I guess this is what I signed up for when Boss Lady asked me to join her team.”

“So this is one of the teams Chuohku is sending after us? They looked like they were thrown together at the last minute. When you're on stage you need to be able to work together concisely and I doubt this team can do that. They look like they barely have any relationship holding them together outside working for Chuohku.”

“Kaori Narizuka alias Black Orchid. She is a popular pianist and an official of Chuohku. Narizuka-san is also currently a test subject for them as well. Chuohku has appeared to have erased any mention of her existence from when they took her from the hospital several years ago. Her ability to cause sudden changes in emotion makes her dangerous however Misa-sama theorizes that ability would be useless against me. Only time will be able to tell if it works or not. At the moment she is a major opponent to the plan.” 

Mei Yu

“Mei Yu alias Zhurong. Former bodyguard to Ryuu Mafuyu of Mafuyu Enterprises and current bodyguard to many Chuohku members including Otome Tohoten. I met her several times whenever Misa-sama was arguing with Mafuyu-san. Unlike with Vito-san we never got along. Misa-sama has given me permission to deal with this woman as I see fit. After analyzing her I am able to perfectly replicate her fighting style and able to predict much of her movements. I wish to see the look on her face when she realizes that. At the moment she is a major opponent to the plan.”

Lillian Rees

“Lillian Rees alias ISIS. Formally known as LeAnn Chambers she was once a major in the British Army. She appears to have worked with the same group Meguro’s Yeong Hajoon works with. I am still having trouble discovering who they are. However, it appears that Chuohku managed to brainwash her and get her to join them. Thankfully she has not noticed the spies we placed in Chuohku’s database so far. Time will tell if she ever does. At the moment she is a major opponent to the plan.”

“Inner Circle at the moment are major opponents to the plan. However, it should not be difficult to fight them if we have to. I have claimed the right to go against Mei Yu if we do go against them. “Well, I’ll be damned it's Vito Koi. Never thought I’d see him again, especially after Mafuyu’s death. I’d admit Mafuyu and I never saw eye to eye with each other. In all honesty, I hated him but I had a deep respect for the man. So imagine my shock when I heard that Mafuyu had been assassinated with everyone saying Vito did it but I know the truth Mafuyu’s other bodyguard Mei Yu was the one to do him in under Chuohku’s orders. Is this why you're joining then? Well, I hope you're able to avenge Mafuyu then.”

Yeong “Cain” Hajoon

“So this is the former heir to the Cain Family of Korea. I've had the ‘pleasure’ of dealing with them whenever I work with the South Korean branch of Arakawa Tech. I can see why he left the world of the wealthy. There are days I wish to leave it as well. He appears to be doing well at least. I wish him the best in all of his careers.”

“DOG STREET CLUB, huh? A unique name at the very least. I was never much of a dog person but I do admire their ferocity. “Buranka? I see him all the time on campus. He sometimes sits near that mute freak Otonashi. I don't understand she’s fucking mute what conversations are you having? Other than that I don't talk to him but apparently, he works as a bouncer at clubs and bars all over Japan. I hope I don't run into him at a bar. I’m there to drink my troubles away not see one of my classmates.”

“Another bouncer? Ah, he’s a tattoo artist as well. Gotta say he’s got an ugly mug with all those scars of his. I do think I've heard of him before a lot of the other workers that have tattoos claim he's a master artist. I almost don't believe it. A man his size? Doing tattoos?  He looks like he should be the leader of a gang, not the guy giving gangs tattoos.”

Yeong “Cain” Hajoon

“I know of him. He works with that blasted Mitsuru at his dance studio. Other than that I personally don't him very well. I'll admit he’s handsome but I guess that comes with the territory of being a model. He’s so happy and go-lucky that it pisses me off. How can he be so content in this life?”

“Saji Buranka alias Street Dog. He is a proficient fighter that is often hired by bars and clubs all over Japan as a bouncer. Buranka-san also seeks out and fights powerful opponents hoping one of them is strong enough to end him. This desire to die seems to stem from the ‘death’ of his girlfriend and the disappearance of his master. At the moment he is not a major opponent to the plan.” 

Vito Koi

“Vito Koi alias Strongarm. Former bodyguard to Ryuu Mafuyu of Mafuyu Enterprises and current tattooist and bouncer. I am glad to see Vito-san doing well after the assassination of his master Mafuyu. We never talked much to each other but I enjoyed his presence as we watched our respective masters argue. Perhaps I shall offer my assistance in dealing with that Mei Yu. To betray one’s master is unfathomable to me. At the moment he is not a major opponent to the plan.” 

Yeong “Cain” Hajoon

Yeong "Cain" Hajoon alias 9-Dan. The former heir to the Cain Family of Korea. He is currently a model, dance instructor, and bouncer. Recently he approached me and asked to give Misa-sama an invitation to meet his superiors. I have yet to tell her this as I currently running an investigation on these superiors of his. They are surprisingly hard to find information on but I am nothing but patient. At the moment he is not a major opponent to the plan.”

“DOG STREET CLUB at the moment are not major opponents to the plan. However, I advise caution when against them. I also wish for the chance to face off against Vito-san though. I want to see what his ‘Strongarm’ can do against my iron. I do hope we can remain friendly at least afterward.”

Relationship: Family - Junko Tetsuya

Misa Arakawa (44 Years Old) - Junko's creator. Junko is extremely loyal to her "mother", performing any orders Misa gives her. Junko is constantly receiving new upgrades from Misa as a sign of affection. It seems like the only time Junko shows any sign of emotion is when someone disrespects Misa.

Relationship: Family - Chizuru Tenjo

Tsubasa Tenjo (52 Years Old) - Chizuru's father. He is horrified at what Mitsuru's and Chizuru's relationship has become. Having wished he could have done something when they were younger. Mitsuru and Chizuru have agreed to never argue in front of him out of fear that he will have a heart attack due to his weak heart. 

Natalia Morozova † - Chizuru's mother who was from Russia. A famous ballerina with the Bolshoi. She inspired both her daughters to take up ballet. She passed away when the twins were 12 due to cancer. It was her death that started Mitsuru's and Chizuru's relationship breaking down. 

Mitsuru Tenjo (22 Years Old) - Chizuru's twin sister. As children, they were extremely close. Inspired by their mother they both took up ballet. However, Chizuru's envy and constantly being compared to Mitsuru caused their relationship to worsen over time. Their relationship completely shattered when Chizuru stabbed Mitsuru in the torso multiple times during a performance.

Relationship: Family - Misa Arakawa

Sento Arakawa † - Misa's father. He was a farmer who lived a simple life with his wife and daughter. He passed away when Misa was 8 years old in a car accident. 

Misora Arakawa † - Misa's mother. She lived a simple life running a farm with her husband. She passed away in a car accident when Misa was 8 years old. 

Utako Arakawa † - Misa's daughter. Little information is known about Utako due to the fact Misa kept her out of the spotlight. Not even her appearance is known. Utako was declared dead when she was 15 due to an undisclosed accident. Shortly after Misa began making fewer and fewer public appearances. 

Junko Tetsuya (7 Years Old) - Misa's creation. In public they are nothing more than the CEO and her personal assistant. In private, however, Misa is quite affectionate with Junko. Often giving her upgrades and making her parts out of the best material money can buy.
