There was a recent leaked footage where he was discussing his plans for his latest assault on freedom of speech and expression and mentions that his every other attempt failed because he came at it from the wrong angle. This time he’s going after the kids and attacking NSFW games to create a foothold. He’s weaponizing the Slippery Slope with his ultimate goal of destroying the game industry and silencing those who try and stop him.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate drama and I'm tired of being targeted over shipping in this fandom. I guess with there being like 10 fans of Mylo, even a micro account like mine is a magnet for it. This might be a long read with a lot of images, so I apologize in advance. I do not condone harassing this person, only blocking them.

To preface further, this is coming from tiktok, but I recognized their art as someone here on Tumblr who used to follow me. I went looking for them since they hadn't blocked me (I have since blocked them here). Seems they were keeping tabs on me, which is creepy.

We share some mutuals, so they ended up on my fyp and I took a serious pause when I saw my art.

It's less relevant, but in said vid they accuse me and this other artist of "mischaracterizing" Viktor and Mylo via how we draw them. While I raised my eyebrow, I searched for any artist credits for either of us only to find none. I made a comment, only for it to be deleted (or folded as they allege).

I should've mentioned the credits thing but alas. Others did though, and that's when things started spiraling.

This. This is the reason they refuse to credit me for my art. "Because I'm proship". I think it goes without saying how insanely disrespectful it is to use someone's art for your own content, doubly so when you're just tearing it down or thinking you're morally superior for not drawing a blorbo "suggestively". It's basic etiquette, common courtesy. They also periodically deleted select comments calling them out.

I found the Viktor artist on Twitter and Tiktok both, messaged them on the latter, but they never got back to me. This is them:

This of course was damage control on their end, as they were being hounded to Just. Credit. The artists. And they refused to do it for me and lie about the Vik artist. They claim to love this artist so much they'll like the comments hating on the art and not even bother to look for them before posting their vid.

So I made a responsetok calling them out and they eventually spam commented it, doubling down, calling my Clylo art suggestive, etc. But I responded to the nastiest comment, which they eventually deleted before I got a screenshot. Unfortunately for them, it stays in "activities".

Shortly before this, they made a brand new tiktok about me, (this time tagging me omg) posting the front of my Tumblr and showing off a bunch of drawings they apparently deem cringe or whatever. Of course their little circlejerk went on to talk about how much they hate my ship art. Which did make me chuckle tbh. I did dive into snark mode for my comment to the side.

They say "accuse" as if they didn't actually do anything but then they act as if what I post makes it perfectly fine to yoink my art for their weird comparison vid. They also deleted my second comment saying that they were literally just told to credit the artists they posted, they were not "attacked for their opinion" as they and their friend group claim.

I do not mind my art being reposted, but I really thought it went without saying that you should credit an artist you share from. I've seen my art shared in the wild a handful of times by others and they always had my name attached until this one. If they had just included my name in the first vid - even if they went on to try and call me out for ships or whatever - I would've just blocked/reported and moved on. But they argued with everyone that wasn't glazing them, deleted comments, and tried to deflect away from stealing my art.

I want this drama behind me because the whole thing escalated past the point of necessity, but they refused to take any accountability and imply it's okay to steal/use art from shippers they think are "yucky". Who's to say they won't do it to more people?

I reported them on tiktok but I'm pretty sure that entire "mod" team is run by ai/bots. So probably nothing will happen. I wasn't going to block them for the sake of our comments on each others' vids being visible to others (since I don't fully know how blocking affects things over there) but I do have them muted. I don't plan on interacting further with them. If nothing else, they deserve to be called out for their behavior as they were by a few. If they deleted their vids, I'd delete mine, but I don't think it will happen since they don't think they're in the wrong.

If needed I can provide more screenshots or even my responsetok in the comments. But I appreciate whoever read this far and took it into consideration. Art theft is unacceptable in all its forms. I hope everyone who doesn't steal art has a wonderful day.

Plan of Action and Complaint Template Regarding Adult Content Being Delisted from Itchio

Alright so as y’all may or may not know, credit card companies and other payment facilitators have put pressure on digital storefronts such as Steam and Itch.io to remove “adult content” recently largely due to lobbying by fringe radical organizations. It would be bad enough if it just affected actual porn, but you know to these people “porn” means “anything that even mentions a homosexual.” Several of my team’s projects including mini-expansions to Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy “The Fanservice Files” and “The XXX-Files,” as well as team artist @chaospyromancy’s personal side project “A Squad of Drow” have been delisted from itch.io as of last night though they are still available by direct link or from our main account page and you can still pay us for them for now but there is no telling how long they'll actually stay up. Many others have had their projects completely delisted or outright removed, and are having payments withheld from them. If you don't want to see us and other creators pushed under by this crap, you need to do something about it.

People affected by this far outnumber the people who lobbied to make it happen. These organizations are very vocal but also relatively small and very fringe, and since it is a policy decision that was created by complaints it may be able to be destroyed by complaints.

If you don’t want to lose customers and face potential legal trouble, these policies which pressure itch.io, Steam, and other digital storefronts need to be reversed.

You have changed these policies because of Collective Shout, a radical group from Australia that sent only a mere 1000 calls to destroy a significant revenue stream on your part and to interfere with my finances. This decision literally affects millions of people and millions of dollars, and so I expect a prompt response on reversing these policy changes and removing the pressure on itch.io and Steam to ban adult content on their sites. [As a cardholder, I worry that these new policies are responding to a vocal minority of customers, and I’m left doubting the reliability, versatility, and integrity of your services. I use these services to securely and conveniently make the transactions I see fit, and it’s disappointing to see legitimate, legal transactions be excluded.]
