Sun/sundrop/sunrise whatever the hell people want to call them, is such an interesting character and I wish there were more in the game with them.

Found a really old drawing on my facebook. I thought it looked like Miko from transformers prime, either it's heavily based from her design or 12 y/o me trying to just draw her because I have tfp screenshots from that year.

So I decided to try draw a better Miko..

Experimenting with paint brushes in clip studio paint, and I love how cute this turned out.

Also gave it a tiny witch hat!

I was working on a painting because I wanted to explore more of clip studio paint and actually do something detailed but then I got distracted because someone in a video made sculpted mushrooms.

It all started with my doodles I call "badly drawn cows" then I found really good pencil like brushes for clip studio and kept drawing...d

Moonligt or Meune is one of the oldest characters I have, and one that has gone through many changes in design and story. Drawing my old styles was kind of fun and not as hard as I thought it would be.

Meune began as a vent character when I was bullied and during my very bad mental health years.

My old art with my depressed murder ponies makes me cringe and I’m happy that almost everything of it is gone since my old hardrive just killed itself in 2018.

2013 - Her name was Volcanic Moonlight, an mlp character with a volcano and a moon for a cutiemark, it literally has no other meaning but that’s her name, so it’s a freaking volcano with a moon… She was hostile and halfway crazy, but didn’t go and murder people yet.

2015 - Her name was shortened to Moonlight and this is where the blood and shit began. One example is this collab video I did with my friend where moonlight beats a pony designed after my bully.

2016 - I became tired of mlp and tried to make horses instead, this year moonlight became a friendly looking blue horse that of course attacked everything she saw so blood flew everywhere, never drew that design through even though I made a reference sheet.

2018 - Moonlight was no longer an equine and was now a human girl. Still being bullied but I got free from that almost 5 years earlier but I guess I still needed somewhere to gather my sad thoughts. But moonlight was no longer bloodthirsty or crazy, now she was just depressed and weak, haunted by a character that had been in her mind since 2015.

2020 - Or somewhere in the end of 2019 Moonlight was welcomed into my fantasy world Viärilare where she became the sister of the most skilled shaman and messenger of the gods Stalumea and is a happy and kind, too kind, so I kind of killed her, it just happened… she became the villains sacrifice before everything in Viärilare turned dark and the corrupt god was freed from his ocean prison. 2021 - Meune was not all dead though, all creatures with hearts in viärilare has a soul, which the gods of life and death who were now dead, helped and guided to their new bodies. However Meune was trapped in a small glass vial around the villains neck. Two young viärilans who had become the new gods found her/saved her and her soul helped to defeat one of the two who was corrupting the world, she had her revenge and could feel proud to have saved viärilare from her killer before being reborn and her soul forgetting the life as Meune.

I also added how my watermark/signature  looked those years.

I'm not a super Pokémon nerd but I do like Pokémon and their designs and all that. One of my sonas got a group of Pokémon's as friends and travel companions instead of humans, her senses like for time, direction and danger totally sucks which makes her do a lot of dumb things.  Her best friend is a Lucario and a Torchic that saved her when she got lost in a forest behind her own house as a 7y/o child. The Torchic panics every time she is about to do something dumb and Lucario gets mad but calms down pretty quickly, he usually appears as super grumpy but is actually very caring and also probably way more intelligent than the girl he tries keeping out of trouble. The group also has a Tauros that helps them travel, a Dubwool and usually a bunch of other Pokémon's that end up traveling with them. The Tauros is probably also smarter than her. This is how it all began.

Made this gift for a friend a couple months ago, trying to mix my style and hers.
